The service on arrival was very pleasant. The service from the waitress was very good and attentive, they were very helpful and friendly. The food was absolutely brilliant, no faults we had a superb meal. The price was very reasonable although they add the service charge to the bill of 9%. We did want to say a big thank to Bernadette for her wonderful service.

We were there last night. The service was poor, we had to keep getting people's attention to get drinks and place our order. The food was at best average, bland and served cold. It felt like an itialian version of a fast food place. The prices are not cheap and not worth the money for what we had. We wouldn't recomend this place to anyone.

Lovely time, atmosphere was relaxed and positive, staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, and were very aware for my friend with allergies - including giving her a folder of allergen information, placing a specific bottle with a flower to indicate to other staff that there were allergies at the table, marking her plate to ensure no confusion, and checking when I ordered things with her allergens in that it would be okay.

Incredible service. 5 waitresses on shift and all explained the menu/ loyalty programme very clearly/ checked in to see if all ok & great with the kids. We spent Tesco boost codes and in some other restaurant chains you feel third rate when saying you?ll redeem them when ordering. Nothing was too much trouble for this team. We really enjoyed and would return in a beat
