Took an online return - it was greater than the 30 days, all I requested was a credit note for the sale price of the items. This was declined by the manager, old fashioned view to market value. No wonder Zara is going out of business, they are terrible online and in person, yet another brand that cannot adapt to the market.

Cramped and not enough fitting rooms, don?t think they hire enough staff as there was hardly anyone round to help, and when asked they can across as agitated and rude, didn?t help and fobbed me off

I?m extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I?ve received. My parcel was lost, and I?ve had to spend over three hours trying to resolve the issue?without any genuine assistance or concern from either your team or Evri. For 39 days, I?ve been chasing a lost parcel, and for the past 16 days, I?ve been following up on the refund I?m owed. This ongoing delay is unacceptable, and I?m extremely dissatisfied with how this has been handled.

I would give it less than one star if I could. Second pair of shorts like this within a gap of one week. Zip just broke. I haven?t worn it much. I?m a size UK4 and this is big on me so it?s just bad quality. So disgusting. A big retailer like this. Their quality has dropped tremendously for the last 2 years and nobody seemed to care any more. I won?t be surprised if they just go off the market one day.

Went to return some items that didn?t fit, the customer service was shocking. Accused me of washing the item and then just starting at the screen when I was asking what she meant by ?this smells of fresh washing?, completely rude and ignorant - walked out to the back. Where obviously a higher up person had said they haven?t been washed due to the label still being on ?. Never experienced anything like it.

I've been for few times and they never have enough staff. They have very long queues and the staff seems to don't care. Very low stocks and they don't have too many products in the shop.
The shop is very dirty and disorganised. Also,
the changing room is outdated and unclean. You wouldn't want to place your feet or socks on the floor.

Just rude completed lied about a set of they were together or not had a rude face on just never experience something like that they need to sort it out we went in about 4;45 they shut at five got told at 4:55 to ?were closed now so get out ? I underhand you shut in five minutes because you could say it nicer

If I could put less than one I would. Put in a request for a repair on a coat. Missed a call from customer services. No way unless thru the chat to contact them. Tried been cut off twice. Totally unacceptable. Returned my item kept the money.

I went into zara to try and return a purchase that was a christmas gift and the manager in there?s attitude was so disgusting, I had an ereceipt which she told me she doesn?t know how to use and that she only works in store , I asked about their christmas period purchases return policy and when I pointed out my item was within that she completely disregarded me, I even offered to have my return as store credit instead and she still refused, she told me I was holding up the queue and I said I?m sorry but the queue is not my issue, she then threw the item back at me, absolutely disgusting behaviour
