Great and honest service, had a warning light for one of the headlights so they had a look and it turns out it wasn?t attached properly. They fixed it straight away at no cost. This is the second time I?ve been to this garage and I would definitely recommend!

Do not recommend, fitted wrong part, lied about car progress and kept my car for almost two weeks (six working days), claiming each day that it would be fixed that day.Did not reassemble car completely, leaving parts of wheel arch in front passenger footwell, wrong part fitted and caused a lot of damage to my car. Now left with an unroadworthy car and a potential £1k ish repair bill.I'm disabled and rely on my car. Only used this garage as they promised a fast service and had good reviews.Garage response to my review is factually incorrect and misleading. Which pretty much explains my entire experience with this garage. Who refused to even issue me with a receipt or invoice for work carried out. Requested at time of payment and twice since.

Great garage and super helpful staff. I had an ongoing issue with my car which 2 other garages couldn't seem to figure out. I dropped my car off here and the issue was diagnosed in an hour. The garage went out of their way to ensure the car was done that same day and I ended up collecting my car that evening. Really appreciate all the efforts made by the staff the ensure I was able to have my car back on the road that same day. Super experienced staff who really took the time to break everything down to me and also advised on other business to help with some bodywork issues.

These guys responded quickly to replace a flat tyre. Yes no one at front desks but someone turned up and sorted my problem. Even pulled a guy off lunch to get me back on road quickly.

Turned up for a mot, garage states they open at 8:30 by 9:15 still no sign of anyone, one guy next to me had been waiting since 8am. Needless to say I left now looking for another garage to mot my car. 1 June 2023.

Opened the door, entered the office, triggered the bell announcing a customer and waited 9 minutes exactly. Nobody came to deal with me yet I could hear them in the workshop. They lost a total of 8 tyres on 2 vehicles with over £1100 spent. Maybe they don't want the business!
