A nice garden centre - it's home to a charity crazy golf course. Lots of free parking spaces. Clean facilities. Worth a visit.

Didn't have many plants on sale, and the gifts were very low in stock. Frosts over the road was packed, so we came here, where it was almost empty. Everyone was very friendly.

We brought the kids over for the live animal interaction event which they really enjoyed but I gave two stars due to the lady who greeted us so rudely and wanted us to hurry up and get in.My sister had booked it ages ago for three sets of families and when we arrived the lady on the door told us we all had to pay which wasn't made clear beforehand so we had to decide who would stay out of the event as we have two small babies so saw no point paying to go in just to look after the babies. We also had breakfast there before the event and the food really wasn't very nice, we had food missing from most of the full english dishes and lots of the food was either over cooked or swimming in oil which made us feel sick. Its a nice enough place but does make Frost, the other garden centre over the road looked so much better.

Never been here before, a great place to browse anything garden related. We had food in a designated area for dog owners & were made to feel very welcome by the staff. Great food.

They have a great variety of outdoor plants, and in addition, they have an aquarium.

We attended one of the SEN sessions for the ice skating here over Christmas, decent venue and great that they offer these sessions for the kids that need them. Snacks and drinks were rather pricey though.

Long time since we have been in this centre (previously it was Wyvale) so having been to the excellent centre across the road, we decided as it was so busy, we would see what the Emporium was like. Generally it was clearly a poor relation when compaired to where we had been, but feeling hungry by now, we headed to their restaurant. The wait for attention was quick and we were taken to one of the many empty tables. Polite staff was a big plus however, the barn of a place was anything but welcoming. Decor basically non existent and nothing about the place gave off a good vibe. Service was quick and we ordered Sausage roll, beans and chips with tea, all of which was with us pretty quick. Again, staff efficient and the quality of the food was excellent. Not sure if the change of ownership will be addressing the layout, fixture and fittings at the restaurant, but frankly, it does nothing to entice customers in. First

Excellent! Santa was superb. Our son was given time to talk to Santa and made feel welcomed and considered. Please see if Santa can visit again next year.Excellent work with the grotto and elves supporting Santa.

Nice place to take little ones and to do bits of shopping. Went to restaurant and sandwiches were expensive and tiny, and "courgette/avocado" cake was what I ordered and it most definitely was not. It was a carrot cake so I don't recommend it. Other than that overall pleasant experience

Our six year old loved this Grotto. The elves were very entertaining and he loved meeting Mrs Claus before Santa as well. Would definitely recommend it
