After being told by the doctor to go in the afternoon, I got there and because they hadn't had the prescription very long, I was sent away till tomorrow.I hope in your hour of need, someone shows you more care, empathy and understanding.

I'm giving this 2 Stars as I was able to get my flu jab done at the chemist and one guy that works there is great. The rest of the staff have next to no customer service skills will make you wait at the reception desk for ages whilst they potter around at the back or alternatively they'll shout to you from the back across the shop - v unprofessional. I waited in there 30mins to try and collect my prescription for the 2nd time which the doctors had sent again and they still could not find it on the system, I even went in with the barcode of the medication as requested and they still couldn't find it. Not impressed - I now go to Boots in Kingston.

After driving all around Milton Keynes I thought I would give it one more go and thankfully this pharmacy came to my rescue could not recommend highly enough 5 stars all the way thank you ??
