Strange experience. I bought 2 bunches of daffs, and thought i was overcharged by a tiny amount. I checked the prices on my way out, and I had been. The woman refunded me no problem, and for whatever reason she told me she hadn't rung the sale up. So, naturally, I asked for a till receipt. Didn't get one, firstly she couldn't give me one as she'd just rung up a No Sale (?), then she didn't know how to use the till. I don't know if she's an employee or the owner, but it's all very uncomfortable.

Have been shopping at Willis Flowers for years. Kim one the lovely florists there did my wedding bouquet nearly 20 years ago.Great quality plants and flowers. And beautiful special occasion bouquets, of which I?ve ordered many over the years.Friendly helpful staff and great choice, highly recommend.

Ordered birthday flowers - explained some flowers that my wife likes and while they were not in season, the lady made an amazing bouquet for pickup at 9am on the day. Beautiful bouquet that filled the room with fragrance ? the next day I was able to arrange and get 3 vase full of flowers from the one main bouquet. No fuss straight forward service with good quality flowers. PS: used to use prestige flowers but after poor customer experience when they lost an order and weren?t even apologetic I find using (& supporting) our local flower shop refreshing.

I have used Willis flowers twice for funeral flowers and both times I ordered over the phone and the service was excellent. The flowers were beautiful and good value for money. Thank you for a fantastic service.

Willis Flowers is, quite simply, the best. We live in the U.S. and have used them for years to send flowers for various events and celebrations with family that live in the Milton Keynes area of England. The flowers and plants they provide are always top shelf. And the staff! My goodness, they are always so kind and helpful while also being extremely knowledgeable and professional. You can?t go wrong with this florist.
