SHOCKED & SADDENED! Visited this store the other week & what a sorry state of affairs it?s turned into.Mess seems to be a constant at every turn. Stationary everywhere, book shelves empty & don?t get me started on the magazines! I was surprised to hear staff arguing & complaining & what seemed to be the manageress swearing on the shop floor! Absolutely no need for that at all. Poor girl behind the till, left on her own, with a massive queue building up. She looked lost. Poor show sadly. Hope management sort it out!

When to go instore at 18:30, only to be told the store was closing for the day. When I pointed out the opening times on the window stated a 19:00 the guy just smiled.What's the point of having opening times if your not going to stick to them? I understand if there's an issue, but there wasn't. It seems they wanted to leave early because of good weather.What WH Smiths sells isn't even unique, nothing you can't get elsewhere, either in other shops or online, you'd think the shop would want as much passing trade as it could get.

It's quite a small store considering the size of the shopping centre. There's still a good choice of products but just don't expect as much variety from a larger store. Staff are friendly and willing to help.
