Outstanding Service from Carrie at WHSmiths, Milton Keynes
I visited the WHSmiths store in Milton Keynes recently and had the pleasure of being assisted by Carrie, who truly deserves recognition for her exceptional customer service. From the moment we spoke, Carrie stood out as incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely enthusiastic.
What impressed me most was her deep product knowledge and her ability to make helpful, well-informed recommendations without ever being pushy. She was supportive throughout the purchasing process, taking time to ensure we found what we needed and making the whole experience feel personal and enjoyable.
Carrie turned what could have been a standard shopping trip into a really positive experience, and it?s clear that she takes great pride in her work. People like Carrie, who go above and beyond to deliver excellent service, are a real asset to any company.
A big thank you to Carrie ? you made a difference, and it didn?t go unnoticed.

They dont answer phone calls. I have been waiting for my click-collect overdue order for the past 6 days and I am trying to get a hold of them
Edit: my issue was resolved. Finally able to get hold of them, and that too in the morning.

SHOCKED & SADDENED! Visited this store the other week & what a sorry state of affairs it?s turned into.Mess seems to be a constant at every turn. Stationary everywhere, book shelves empty & don?t get me started on the magazines! I was surprised to hear staff arguing & complaining & what seemed to be the manageress swearing on the shop floor! Absolutely no need for that at all. Poor girl behind the till, left on her own, with a massive queue building up. She looked lost. Poor show sadly. Hope management sort it out!
