Place is an absolute joke. Ideally it needs a decent pharmaceutical company to take over the premises. If not turn the place into a decent fish and chip shop. Atleast it will be more useful to the community. Than this badly run and totally disorganised so called pharmacy

Wells pharmacy is a 'Pharmacy First' just down the road. The pharmacist was very busy so it took a couple of call ins (rather than wait) to see him. Very worth while visit, professional and friendly.

Absolutely appalling as a chemist, can never find prescriptions.
Very little on their shelves.
Take nearly a week for prescriptions to be available.
Terrible service.
They close when there's no pharmacist.
I wish I could go somewhere else but several local ones are just the same.

Lost prescriptions, take too much time for give medication. I waiting 35 minutes at 4pm, for lady give me same answer she give me at 10am. I don?t have one of your medication.

Have been ringing for 2 days now to check when mine and my husbands prescriptions will be delivered. My husband has parkinsons and dementia so we are unable to collect it. WHY do they not answer their phone.

Wells pharmacy is run very poorly some staff are very rude and obnoxious to you.
I have just been there to get my controlled medication today , which I take on a daily basis and they are closed i didn't get any warning of this and I'm now having to phone 111 for help and for me , given them one star , if I could give zero. something needs to be done about this they can't keep treating patients he way they do.

Absolutely appalling experience. Booked in for a flu jab and had a few things to pick up. After standing in line for 20 minutes?which, in fairness, I could tolerate because, flu season and all?I was finally faced with the horror show that was this pharmacy.
The place looked like someone had dropped a tornado in the middle of a car boot sale. Dust and grime coated the shelves, and products were arranged with all the finesse of a blindfolded toddler on a sugar high. 1 of each product, seemingly randomly placed.
And that was just the shop floor. Behind the counter, I got a glimpse of what can only be described as a pharmaceutical war zone. Prescriptions flying about, baskets were overflowing; it looked like some sort of mad scientist?s lab. Honestly, it was a miracle that I only waited 20 minutes given the state of the place.
When I finally reached the front, I was promptly informed they couldn?t do my flu jab because the other pharmacist wasn't there. Why they allowed me to book the appointment, or didn?t call to cancel, I?ll never know?perhaps the phone was lost under the mountain of prescriptions.
I walked out flu jab?free, but with a deep sense of gratitude I didn?t have to get vaccinated in what felt like a makeshift war triage center. I fear I may have left with something much worse than the flu if I allowed them to jab me...

I had to wait in a queue for 30 minutes simply to pick up a prescription, the poor older man in front had also waited 30 minutes only to be told his prescription wasn?t ready so he had to go back an hour later. Whilst I appreciate they are short staffed it?s not really acceptable to have to wait 30 minutes. I am now changing where I pick up my prescription, this chemist urgently requires more staff, the staff that are there are doing their best, it?s not their fault.

Disgusting shop , disgusting staff and disgustingly filthy shop . Staff useless, couldn't find a prescription if it was in there hand . Shame I had to give 1 star , I begrudgingly did it

Absolutely pointless in having this facility open.. took my prescription back to go elsewhere as they couldn't fulfill it after 4 days.. only to go elsewhere and be told they hadn't released it so I still couldn't get it.. 2 hours of trying to call them and no answer.. it could have been a Dr calling them for all they know.. shut it, then at least we know where we all stand..

Could not give 0 star as 1 star is minimum. By far one of the worst pharmacies in the UK in my opinion. Front staff helpful but the back end staff and processes are clunky, no time keeping. They never return the prescription, I always have to go back to them to get the mess sorted. Happened so many times. Shocking that the pharmacy still exists with these substandard way of working

I have opted for a text service to alert me if my prescription is available and ready for collection. This happened to me twice now. I received a text alert saying that my prescription is ready and I didn?t immediately collect it the same day as I was at work. But when I came to collect my prescription, few days after I received the text notification, they said my
prescription was not there! And I showed them the text I received and they still can?t find my prescription and so I have waited for quite a while because they are dispensing a new one. This needs to be sorted out. Why send a text alert to collect a prescription that is not there?
