I'm leaving this review for one employee in particular. I'm having a bit of a difficult time at the moment and she made my day with her kind attitude at the till. She was helpful and so lovely to talk to. I didn't catch her name but she was great and I hope she gets recognised for it.

Staff went above and beyond to hunt for a book that my daughter wanted, after 10 minutes they managed to locate the book in their stock room, well done you certainly made her day as she been hunting for the book everywhere.

I love this place. After many years of walking past I finally visited, and I'm so glad I did. I love the atmosphere. It's one that encourages sitting and reading...most especially upstairs! BTW there is an elevator which is very handy for those of us with disabilities. I will be visiting again soon!

I went to the shop to buy a book and went to the counter to ask if they had it in stock. It was in stock but instead of helping me find it they just pointed me in the direction of where it might be. I couldn?t find it but could not find any floor staff as they don?t wear lanyards or name badges. Are we to guess who works in the shop? The staff on till are not helpful at all. I gave up and ordered the book on Amazon instead. Poor service indeed.

It's a great place to buy books and have a very decent selection I come in here on Saturdays mainly to go to the cafe (and have a browse) and while it's busy in the cafe the Lovely great workers serve people as fast as they can. The whole staff in general are very chatty and are there to help make book selections or to just chat to you in general would recommend!

I just LOVE this Waterstones! Friendly staff who always make me feel welcome. There's a cozy cafe with lovely staff, great cakes and warming coffee. Great place to study, unwind and relax. Very lucky to have a shop like this in MK.
