Had food from this company from many different cities, this one the food was really yummy and the perfect temperature to eat straight away.
I personally think that the menu is getting to be on the expensive side. The service could have been a little bit quicker apart from that clean and tidy and a good size with easy access to the tables in my wheelchair.

Don't go if you have to be somewhere afterwards...you won't make it! And you'll be lucky if you get what you ordered.
We haven't been for 2 years because of a similar experience but was in the xscape centre for something else so gave it a second chance.
Restaurant was half empty but staff (and plenty of them) were running around like headless chickens. Waited 20.mins for a table then another 20 to have our order taken. It took another 20 mins before anything was delivered to our table....our drinks came after the first dish and as is not too unusual in wagas the first person had finished before the next dish arrived.
We ordered some sharer starters which never came.
What we did get was nice but this was the last chance for this Restaurant.

Chicken was clearly cooked from frozen, I knew as soon as I saw it, and it was so chewy. A bit flavourless too with not enough noodles or vegetables. My boyfriend had the Tonkotsu Ramen and they changed a bunch of the vegetables without telling us, and his broth had no flavour. ? The waiter wasn?t fluent in English, and didn?t understand what I meant by ?No fresh chilli on TOP of the ramen? and it was a sort of confusing back and forth, I just gave up and said I?ll have it normal because it seemed like he was going to bring me a broth with no chilli in it as well. It was so hard to explain. ? Honestly one of the worst Wagamama?s I?ve been to. Save yourself and go to the one at MK1 or in the centre. The food there is so much tastier, and I?ve eaten a LOT of chilli chicken ramens lol. Wagas is so expensive as well, so going out is a treat and it?s so disappointing when the food sucks.

Rhys was phenomenal. We always anticipate good service at wagamama?s but Rhys? service was next level. He greeted our daughter equally to us and included her throughout the experience, which is so lovely to us as we try to build her social interaction skills and involve her as an equal in our activities. This was our first time eating out as a family since finding out our daughter has a nut allergy so we weren?t sure what to expect when notifying the team of the allergy, but Rhys explained well and was helpful.
He continued to check on us during the meal, realised I had been waiting a longer than normal time for my meal, and came over to check in and then went to check on my meal. it was such attentive service without being overbearing.
we were thrilled with our meal but even more so with our overall experience which was all thanks to Rhys and the other team members involved in our business.

I had an incredible dining experience at Wagamama Xcape. Our waiter, Huzaifa, was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering excellent recommendations that suited everyone?s preferences perfectly. His attentive and friendly service made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served promptly. I can?t recommend this location enough!

Our waiter Ben took excellent care of us, a table of 3 with a vegan, regularly checking on our table whilst performing quick and friendly service. The atmosphere was lovely, and despite being so busy, our food arrived very fast- a very efficient workforce. Lovely food, very welcoming staff. We definitely recommend!

Service was quite slow other people that arrived after us got the same food we ordered before us. Food was good and prices was reasonable. Our server was friendly and cheerful.

Alright, let?s talk about Wagamama in the Xscape Centre, Milton Keynes. Now, you might think, "Oh great, another restaurant next to a shopping mall. How exciting." But this place? Stunning. Seriously, despite its location near retail chaos, the atmosphere inside is so calm and inviting you almost forget you?re a stone?s throw away from a climbing wall and an arcade.
The food is exactly what you'd expect from Wagamama?tasty and fresh, like it was made with actual care. Whether you're going for the classic chicken katsu curry, a ramen that warms you from the inside out, or something fiery like their chilli squid, it?s all fantastic. It comes out quickly, piping hot, and full of flavor.
Service? Spot on. The staff are genuinely lovely?helpful, attentive, and not the kind of people who check on you every five seconds like you?re incapable of eating by yourself. They know when to show up and when to leave you to enjoy your meal in peace.
And the QR code payment system? Brilliant. Scan, pay, done. It?s almost like magic, and it makes the whole experience feel even smoother and quicker.
Toilets? Clean. That?s it. No complaints, no dodgy smells?just clean, modern facilities, which is rare enough to mention.
Now, here?s the thing: this is the second Wagamama I?ve visited in Milton Keynes, and honestly, it has potential to be the best one. I?ll definitely be back to double-check?purely for research, of course. So yeah, if you?re anywhere near Xscape and need some food that won?t let you down, Wagamama is the place.

Attended with my family and it was my daughter?s birthday. The manager went above and beyond to give her a special meal and the team organised a birthday cake. If I could give 6 stars I would. Keep at it you guys are smashing the customer service.
