I visited this store at 6:30 for my wife?s phone collection, following the process it was 6:48 which is still 12 minutes before closing time. I wanted to change my current phone plan but a staff member (Elizabeth) who was helping us was not cooperative and said she can?t do that as the store is closing at 7pm and the plans review will take 20-25 mins.This is not the right way to treat customers and she should have give time available.This changes to my mind to shift to different service provider???

****PLEASE PLEASE AVOID VODAFONE FOR BROADBAND SERVICE****
I moved my Home Broadband to Vodafone from SKY, biggest mistake i did.
Even 1* rating is more.
I have worst broadband experience in last 12 years
We have highest 900 Mbps Vodafone broadband at home.
Within 2 nd month of switching Vodafone, Internet outage started, it happend 3 times in 2 conseative weeks (more than 24 hrs).
Internet outage so frequent, we did not had any Internet for more than 48 hrs.
Even though my repeated request to Vodafone customer care issue was not sorted.
Yesterday Internet outage was more than 24 hrs, Vodafone customer care promised that it will get sorted out within 24 hrs and booked Cityfibre Engineer to sort it out.
I waited from morning 8-12 PM no show from Vodafone/Cityfibre Engineer, customer care person informed later that Engineer visit is rescheduled between 1PM to 5PM , again no Show.
Vodafone customer care person called around 3PM to inform that it again Engineer visit is reschedule to next day.
Horrible and Pathetic Customer care.
Since I work from home lost 2 days billing.
I immediately called other Broadband Services provider to switch.
Even though switch new service provider is expensive but I had no choice left.
I would recommend everyone who are planning to Switch to Vodafone think twice before switching.
Its worst company for Broadband and Customer service, avoid it any cost

A big thank you to Sunny,the manager of the CMK branch for going above and beyond to help me with an issue we had with our daughter's watch which wouldn't recognise the SIM card.Sunny was trying to figure out what was wrong for a good 45 minutes and even though the card wasn't working when I was at the store,by the time I got back home,it worked just fine. Thank you for your great customer service.
