Applied to switch to this bank. What a. Nightmare. Two weeks later still not passed my credit checks. My middle name not on my bills. Cutting story short after over 2 hours on the phone and visit to the bank on two branchs decided to close account altogether. Took ID bank statement from Halifax but no middle name. Was asked if i could change it. All my bills dont have middle names. Its simply not worth the money benefits. Terrible bank.
Closed it and cut the losses. Had enough of backwards and forward . A mortgage application its easier then this.
2* as customer service a notch better then Northampton.

I transferred my banking to TSB two months ago. The last two months of my life have been a living hell. I requested 2 current accounts I got 4. I got 8 debit cards and 6 pin numbers. At one point when none of my debit cards appeared to match any of the pin numbers I was unable to pay for groceries. The shop assistant very kindly paid for my groceries. The staff in the branch are totally ignorant they are unable to answer any questions or give explanations (Milton Keynes branch). I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service from this bank.

Worst bank service I have ever seen. They din't even understand my question about account update, asked me to contact customer service. I regret switching to TSB. Awful experience. Worst service.

Have been to the branch twice in less than 7 days and it has been closed on both occasions stating that due to unforeseen circumstances branch is closed. Not acceptable

I went into the branch this morning tried to have a Bond opened without an appointment, and they were absolutely very helpful indeed with excellent service,Thank you to the manageress Caren,also to Lydia?very nice staffs!?

We went into the MK branch to get my son's account changed to a different account. We were told they were too busy to help us, although given as we walked in one member of staff wasn't doing anything I got the impression they just couldn't be bothered. Given their rates aren't the best on offer clearly best option is to move the account elsewhere.

Started getting charges to my account. Watch out, they never told before. Staff member was rude, saying it was just my point of view for feeling that way. Desperate to get away from this company.

I was in the throes of opening an account when I received a phone call asking me what my weekly food expenses were and what pension I received and had a life insurance, needless to say I cancelled my appointment. Next time they will be asking about your love life.
