We?ve recently returned from a trip to Singapore and Thailand and would like to say a big thank you to Claire MK Trailfinders, she organised everything for us and wow what a fantastic job she did, we stayed in four different hotels which were fab, all the flights/transfers were perfect. Everything was 10/10 not one issue. Thank you Claire ? we will definitely be booking our next adventure with you.

I was mid honeymoon with Trialfinders when I needed to amend one of my bookings. I was put through to (your friend and mine) Peter from Milton Keynes who saved the day. He was able to quickly cancel and rebook a day trip, which had an enormous positive impact on our honeymoon. Highly recommend Trailfinders, and I hope that Peter is given a nice treat for his excellent work. Thanks!

Really unimpressed when reaching out to an agent who spoke down at me. Would never give a company like this my money. Thankfully we found an alternative travel firm who was more helpful and extremely friendly.

Amazing experience booking our honeymoon through Tracey today. She listened carefully and was happy to explore every possible option with us. She created a holiday for us that was exactly what we wanted, even if we didn't initially know what that was. She was mindful of cost and did everything she could to get us the best deal for our money. We would recommend going to trail finders even if just for ideas. Thanks for your help Tracey!

Dropped in today (Sunday) around 4:30pm and waited until someone became free. We?ve already booked our honeymoon with Trailfinders and I just had a couple of questions. The guy (I believe his name was Michael) that I spoke to was so absolutely blunt and unhelpful he made me feel really stupid. After my 3 questions I stood up to leave, he didn?t even say thank you for calling in or enjoy your honeymoon or anything. For the amount of money we are spending I would expect the same level of customer service from anyone we make contact with. Thankfully we booked though someone else on the phone who always answered our endless questions with patience and friendliness. If you want to feel valued as a customer, don?t bother speaking to Michael at the MK branch.
