I found a lovely branded jacket for a good price.
The only but was then having to queue a long time to pay.

Shockingly rude staff. Wouldn't except a exchange. When I bought something the previous day, the tag came off when removing the security tag by the cashier. Had a receipt and wanted exchange to a bigger size. The manager said I don't know if we sell this brand here as she never seen it before and refused an exchange. Last time I go to this branch. Staff and management need training. Bletchley branch should teach these lot on customer service as never an issue there

Had an awful experience there earlier this evening. Bought a lovely top there yesterday, tried it on this morning and the fit was perfect. As it smelled of someone else?s perfume, washed it with my normal wash at 20 degrees before wearing it. Put it on when dried only to find it had shrunk. Not massively but enough to feel uncomfortable.
Tried returning the shrunken top this evening but was refused as the supervisor did not think it looked like the type of material to shrink. I can assure you it is!
She compared it to a similar top and said there was no difference, regardless of what I was telling her.
Her attitude made me feel like she was insinuating I am a liar.
If I had bought a top too small for me I would have kept the label on and not washed it, but gone into store and exchanged it for a larger size!!!
Awful customer service. I will not return to this store now.

My wife enjoyed shopping there, and it's a nice place. But I could have probably gotten what I needed at Primark for 75% less.

Went for holiday bags and a Duracell power bank plus a lock for holiday and wasn't disappointed it's a varied shop recommend to all.

It's not about brands, when I go to that store I always get electrocuted, from the lift button,and shelves, even my wife and child were electrocuted in the lift. I think you should call an engineer to check the problem.

I went to buy a wallet. I stood there for a long time choosing, looked at the quality, the zipper, etc. Therefore, it takes time! At that moment, my husband was running around the store with the child and gave me the stroller. When I looked up, I saw two security guards looking at me and not taking their eyes off me! Even when I looked at them, no one even took their eyes off me. I felt terrible and decided to leave! Passing by, one said to the other," Don't worry, I'll keep an eye on her!!" I've never felt so humiliated!! It would be better if they really watched those who steal instead of looking closely at the goods! I understand, this is their job, but this is too much! The security guards have no professionalism.

Overcharged!
I bought some bits from here and checked my receipt before leaving the store as it seemed too much, it turns out I had been over charged by 1/5 of the overall price. I was refunded the difference, but obviously this is not acceptable.
Make sure you check you haven't been overcharged before you leave this store, they are not trustworthy??

Awful staff!
Not all. Some are nice and helpful.
Met some really rude staff. Young lads and girls. When asked them to check price, she became so rude. She literally threw the t shirt behind my back as i was leaving, when i refused to buy due to bad service. Absolutely rude girl.
The other time another staff making fun and it couldnt be more obvious. When it was complained, some rubbish excuses were given by the supervisor.
Again third time, asked a girl at the till to check the item name and she refused. She looked so disinterested. She looked so miserable.
What a bad experience!
If you are going there, be ready to meet some truly miserable staff.
