I noticed there was a discrepancy in the mileage record on BMW's online maintenance system and asked for their help to amend/update it.The record end-up could not be amended (due to the limitation of the system), but they have investigated and responded promptly while explaining to me the reason behind the discrepancy.The overall experience was great, especially the lady on the phone was so polite and responsive, not to mention I have never paid any visit to this garage before. I can now understand why this garage has been rated so highly in Google reviews.”

Although they couldn't fix the problem in the time scale I needed, once I had had the car fixed I called them to arrange a retest, they had said they couldn't do it until Thursday. Once I explained that I had animals that I needed to get to the told me to bring the car down and they would do what they could and within an hour they had retested the car an excellent service”
