Timpson at Morrison Milton Keynes. Monty was at the desk and he went above and beyond to help me with my watch. A specialised watch shop in the centre of MK could not understand what Monty did! It looked that my watch had a battery to change, but even after changing the battery it was not working, the specialised shop for watches in MK center said it was broken, nothing to be done, very expensive to repeaer, better to return it to the factory and ask them. Instead I went to Timpson, with little hope, just for a second opinion and Monty discovered there were two batteries to change, not only one and so he was able to resuscitate my loved watch! Monty, very professional, competent and honest! Thank you very much!!!

The handle on my shoulder bag, which was a chain, broke shortly after purchase. I spent a lot of money on it and couldn?t use it because no one seemed able to fix it?until I visited Timpson today. They fixed it easily and for free! Absolutely amazing service?super friendly, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended!

Needed a silver bracelet engraving straight away. The youngsters gave me a choiqce of fonts, a quote and told it would be half an hour. He polished it well and the engraving was perfect.

Ozzy at the CMK Timpson was an angel today. He really got me out of a sticky situation and really went above and beyond.
My house keys snapped into two and I didn?t have another. They were closing in 10 minute and he from eye cut me a whole new key which works.
I?m so appreciative and thankful to him.

Took 2 watches here, paid for lifetime batteries, but had to go back 3 times because one stopped and the other ran very slow. Eventually took them elsewhere and found they had fitted the wrong batteries on one and not found an obvious minor fault on the other
