Three service is so poor their net doesn't work properly. Tom customer advisor he is soo rude guy doesn't even have manner how to talk with customers. Such a rude guy. ???? Hate three servic. They don't provide any solution. I have contact plan with three now it's internet is not working. He said I have to buy new phone they can't do anything this. Just selling sim and contract is not customer service . ????????

To be honest their customer service like their signal rubbish I am with 3 around 14 years the lady don?t care about customer and they talk rudely and I left shop and now I am thinking to leave them now I am very disappointed with their service

I am looking to put in a complaint and speak to someone regarding this issue which I haven't been able to sort over the phone or have a response to my emails which I have sent.
Last year in March I went into the store at the City Centre in Central Milton Keynes and spoke to someone regarding my existing personal account / pay as you go / monthly sims.
When I was there I explained what SIMs we currently had and my account details and we discussed switching this to business account under my business details and my personal account was due to be cancelled.
I specifically asked if I would need to cancel it but he explained that it would happen automatically and there was nothing I needed to do.
I am still do this day receiving calls, texts and emails regarding missed and overdue payments for this account which IS NOT IN USE and should have been cancelled over a year ago!!
Please contact me as soon as possible to discuss and resolve this issue before I take the complaint further.

Taina at 3 store mk was a fantastic help. She is so understanding and patience and caring with all my quirkiness as I have learning problems and she was very good with these. I am hopefull that all problems will be sorted out only time will tell.
