The manager Danny is an absolute gem. He stepped up when their payment system was down and found a unique solution for us to ensure that our upcoming birthday party would not be affected. Honestly rare to see such dedicated customer service in today's world. Kudos.

Yesterday we visited this shop in Milton Keynes and was blown away by the kindness of one of the ladies at the till! I wanted to buy a series of books but could not find one out of 5. So when I went to pay, without even mentioning that I could not find it, she went to the back and got me the 5th book. She made my day! Sorry I didn't get your name but thank you so much.

Very cramped store, hard to actually see what?s in there when other people are also in the shop.

Almost impossible to shop in, no organisation, narrow aisles crammed with too much stock so you can't even browse without constantly being in someone's way.

Great store for books and games, however, can be a bit cramped in there with the amount of stuff they have crammed into the shop.
As others have said not very pram friendly and therefore I think you would struggle with a wheelchair.

Had some great customer service from Amber today. Really helpful and kind person. Rare to see such good level of service nowadays.Shop is well stocked but can get a little stuffy. Like the 10 kids books fof £10.

Danny and Julie at central Milton Keynes store , always go of there way to help customers , these two members of staff a great , when I go into the store these two members of staff are always ready to help customers , so helpful too , for weeks now I have been trying to get a wooden heart photo frame without no luck , Julie told me where to try but nothing yet I m hoping it comes back in soon in store ,

My christmas order didn't come through, so I went to the store and the store supervisor Danny went above and beyond to help us with this. He was so helpful and made the shopping experience a special one after being disappointed at Christmas. Thank you The Works, Milton Keynes

Fairly average Works store but still good. The usual brilliant value books, gifts etc. Can be a great place to buy gifts.

This shop is amazing.. I always leave store with some sort of pen.. Wasn't too busy so I could look at everything.. Did ask staff question but they didn't have a clue of what I was asking them..
