The managers customer service is top class, its how it should be, greetwd me hello, many dont do that these days so I was surprised.

The manager Danny is an absolute gem. He stepped up when their payment system was down and found a unique solution for us to ensure that our upcoming birthday party would not be affected. Honestly rare to see such dedicated customer service in today's world. Kudos.

Yesterday we visited this shop in Milton Keynes and was blown away by the kindness of one of the ladies at the till! I wanted to buy a series of books but could not find one out of 5. So when I went to pay, without even mentioning that I could not find it, she went to the back and got me the 5th book. She made my day! Sorry... read full comment
