Terrible customer service, actually i walked inside the shop they like not even seeing us , and the girls who work front desk always blushing, and the fat lady was pretending like she didn't even notice me im inside ,not caring about customers poor customer service need to take this as serious action the company

"Although the Perfume Shop in Central Milton Keynes boasts a wide range of fragrances, my recent experience fell short of expectations. The store appeared well-stocked, but unfortunately, the staff seemed disinterested and more engrossed in their personal conversations than assisting customers. Despite attempting to seek help in exploring scents, my presence went unnoticed, receiving no acknowledgment or assistance. Even when expressing my interest in exploring Dior fragrances, the staff's lack of engagement was disheartening. It's disappointing when a store's potential is overshadowed by staff prioritizing their chats over customer service. Hopefully, the focus shifts to providing attentive and customer-centric service in the future."

I normally don?t leave reviews but I visited this store earlier this month and I had the best customer service experience from a young lady call Kiran. She helped me and my husband to choose our wedding fragrance. She was so kind, helpful and patience during our visit. I was pleased to be served my Kiran on that day as I am picky person she helped me with the process quicker with her brilliant knowledge of perfumes. I hope this gets recognised by The Perfume Shop team as where credit is due this should be acknowledged and credited accordingly.

Visited the store on the 15th February around lunch time. The young lady manning the counter didn't even look up when we entered, my partner asked to smell a couple of options and both times the member of staff didn't speak, she barely even acknowledged we were there. We just walked out, horrendous customer service.
