I went in today (4/8/26) and had my first Japanese Head Spa. OH MY DAYS it was amazing! Anais was incredible, she took time explaining the treatment and process and made me feel completely at ease! Amazing lady!
I?m going through Perimenopause and desperately needed something to make me feel a little like my old self again and this was just perfect! I cannot recommend the treatment and Anais enough! I am one very happy and chilled out señorita tonight! I shall be back!

I got a great haircut today with Casey at a lovely, spacious salon that offers good privacy for women. The staff are always kind and provide excellent service?I highly recommend them.

Booked two haircuts on 31st March 2026, when I came to pay for them I was told the price of both had increased beyond what I had paid the deposit for since 1st April.
As per the consumer rights act 2015
This is the main law for services like haircuts.
It says:
The price should be what was agreed at the time of booking, or
If not fixed, it must be reasonable and transparent
There was no notice of the price changing via email, call or letter. I was just told to pay the new price and keep it moving despite having a receipt showing the price I had booked both haircuts at and the deposit amount. Additionally no one told me about the price increase prior to me getting my hair done and my daughter getting hers done, I only noticed when I came to pay and it was significantly more than I expected.
Then a piece of paper with the old prices crossed out was waved in my face and I got told they went up from April 1st it didn?t matter when I booked the appointments.
To be frank I would have gone elsewhere if I knew I?d be charged so much more per haircut with no notice given or warning.
Considering I?ve come here for a while it is disappointing and I won?t be returning. I would expect better from a small business that relies on word of mouth for new customers. It?s acting in bad faith.
I also got charged a £15 thick hair surcharge today when I?ve never been charged that before when I?ve had my hair done here previously- I was okay to pay this, but it seem like maybe they are desperate for money- shame as they have lost two customers today x

I had my first Japanese head spa today and it was amazing I have the lovely Tia whose first time it was doing a head spa and she absolutely smashed it!! Everything was perfect thank you ladies! Would 100% recommend!! ?

I had a restyle, cut and finish with Traci! I have curly 3C hair and I've never been taken care of like that. She's soooo lovely. She educated me on my hair which is incredible! If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I recently visited this salon for a Japanese head spa, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. The appointment started late because the staff couldn?t locate the camera used for the crucial scalp analysis, and the other artists in the salon weren?t able to help either. Ultimately, it was never conducted. Given that the salon promotes itself as a renowned provider of this unique service, it was quite disappointing to skip such a key step of the process.
Although the spa itself was relaxing and well-executed, the place was clean and the artist made me feel comfortable, the overall experience felt incomplete, especially since no effort was made to compensate for the missed scalp analysis that had a very premium price being paid for this service.
