Very disappointing experience. I had a scheduled phone interview with this agency, but no one called me at the agreed time. When I followed up myself, I was told the recruiter was on a break and had simply forgotten about the appointment. I was then told they currently can?t offer any jobs anyway.
It felt unprofessional and like my time wasn?t respected. If you schedule interviews with candidates, the least you can do is show up or notify them in advance.
