We had a fab early dinner with our two young daughters - it was our youngest birthdays and even though she was shy at the time, she hasn?t stopped talking about her complimentary birthday cake and song ? our server was Simon, and he went above and beyond to make our experience great! Lovely atmosphere and great, easy family dinner - thank you!

We were served by lovely Louis (if it weren?t for him our rating would?ve been a lot lower)
The food came out cold, stale and as though it had been sat out for a while; £20 for almost plain pasta with a cold piece of grilled chicken on top!
Louis turned the evening around for us and rectified all that went wrong.
He made a real effort and should be held a highly valued member of staff - thank you ?

Absolutely horrid experience.
First of all the entire restaurant was freezing cold. You'd expect for a company as large as this, in the middle of the winter, to be able to supply heaters for the people giving them money. Oh wait, they did, but they only had 2 heaters for 2 tables by the front door.
The food arrived warm/cold, not even hot. By the time I was halfway through my chips and chicken it was practically cold along with any sauce I had on the plate.
We had given a suggestion of how to handle a table of so many people and we got refused. The servers then proceeded to overcharge and completely mess up our orders, it's the year 2025 and the server thought he was so clever he could take our order without a notepad or tablet and then spent 30-45 minutes finalizing our cheque. Double orders for 2 people and then overcharging us on the final price. An absolute joke of an establishment to what it used to be. Management should be ashamed.
The last time me and my family come to this restaurant and I hope anyone reading this seriously picks another place.

It was absolutely freezing all sitting with coats on. When we ordered we let them know we will be paying separately as there was 17 of us there. When it come to paying it was on 1 receipt took over half an hour trying to sort it out, with us all having to mark off what we all had. Also the female toilet was disgusting.

Went in on a lunch break seminar and advised I only had an hour the staff was super attentive
credit to Adam Naomi Adriana and a few of the other lady's lovely friendly and very attentive
would recommend to anyone went in at an early hour but they was so helpful

We dined in on the 28th December and they were missing a few menu items, nothing too bad things like cheese donuts but they still had mozzarella sticks for example. Was seated near the door which was fairly chilly compared to the rest of the restaurant. Good sized portions.
Parking: Parking is limited to 4 hours.

We had a child with allergies which the manager took our order and the child food was perfect.
My step daughter ordered a chicken burger no tomatoes no mayo no onions
I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta as a main
The food arrives and my step daughter?s burger arrives with loads of red onions on it
The pasta had no pieces or signs of chicken in it
We had to find a server to take payment of the meal and were not asked before the bill was processed if our meals were fine.
All in all a very disappointing visit for my step daughter who was really looking forward to her first meal at a TGI?s she felt very guilty that £65 had been spent on a starter she enjoyed but a mains she didn?t and that my main wasn?t as expected either perhaps it states on the menu that no chicken will be found in the pasta and if so I apologise.
