Busy Tesco store, friendly and helpful staff

Parking is a really issue now:-
No return within 2 hours, so if I've forgotten something, got the wrong thing, want to go back for any reason at all (including using any othershop), grass happened the other day I managed to leave my phone at a check, so had to park in Costco and walk over.
I'm now on my way to Waitrose as I need some more bits and can't return
It's not next to a train station, a hospital, the town centre, so absolutely no need for this new negative parking regime.
I've li Ed in Monkston for 20 years and now see using Ki gston negatively.
Come on retailers - look after the customers before your bottom line!!!

I recently visited Kingston Tesco Extra when we had run out of San Miguel 0 at work. I had been to 3 different Tescos where staff were rude and unhelpful. But as soon as I spoke to one of the floor workers, she helped me straight away and was so lovely helping me. She made me feel like I hadn?t taken any time out of her day.
I then went to the basket self checkout to find out my phone had died, so I couldn?t pay. I had been gone from work for almost 45 minutes now and was extremely stressed out! Mark (I think his name was) calmed me down and directed me to the Tesco mobile section where a lovely gentleman allowed me to charge my phone, while my shopping was left safely at the checkout.
All of these staff were so so helpful and I don?t know what I would?ve done without them! What a credit to the shop, considering the other Tescos were unhelpful.

One of the most disrespectful staff management is extremely rude and even abused customers. Being disable parsons i have most unfriendly staff..no more tasco in my list although I was spending 1000 pounds plus par month on these stores...after completing to mangers I been abused and asked no help we are busy ..after my anger been told go to hell in front on my little kids and woman ...Try to avoid this store ...I will never shop from Tesco

Store itself is ok, availability is very hit and miss
Giving 3 stars because they have change their bakery and now the bread is horrible and chewy. Bakery wise if you don?t like chewy bread I?d advise co-op or Asda

On 5th July around 10:55 AM, while I was at the till, I experienced a very unpleasant situation involving two members of your staff. An older Indian lady, who appeared to have difficulty reading the yellow label on my product (a pack of raw chicken), politely asked her colleague for help. The colleague, named Francis, responded rudely by saying, ?What do you want from me?? The lady explained that she couldn?t read the label and asked for assistance.
Francis then grabbed my chicken, loudly shouted out the information, and threw it back on the till, saying how much she hates raw chicken. I found this behaviour extremely unprofessional and disrespectful ? not only towards her colleague but also towards me as a customer. I attempted to address the issue directly, but she walked away.
This behaviour made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and properly addressed, as I believe all customers and staff deserve to be treated with courtesy and professionalism.

The supermarket is a bit poorly structured after the refurb but it has all the items. The cafe is way better than you would expect if you ignore the
Tesco vibes. 3/5 store ? 5/5 cafe.
Toilets are outside the front entrance, not in the store.

Getting a PCN for parking in a space I?ve been parking in for over 20 years, removing clubcards affiliation from the Tesco credit card, what can we buy upstairs this month, upping the limit for delivery and collection beyond what is reasonable, overcharging me because my clubcard is no longer affiliated with the credit card I got from them, no more 24hr shopping for the night workers. I was a very loyal customer, not anymore.
Tesco has become one of these ?give your money and now Foxtrot Oscar? companies. I now order from Gousto and fill the gaps with Aldi and Costco.
The staff are still amazing, what?s left of them, and the customer service was ok when I last used it, I wish you all the best for the future.

Poor experience with staff, didn't have my clubcard with me but have email with number id, they accused me of faking the email getting numbers of someone else and scaming tesco's

Disabled toilet needs a key but only says so on door ,have to walk back into store to help desk .most unhelpful so will not go there anymore .
