I am an elderly gentleman and my dear wife passed away three years ago. On the 02/06/25 I received a telephone call from one of your Tesco Mobile staff. He asked for my wife, and I told him she had passed away. He informed me my wife's account was still ongoing and that I was paying for it. I explained that I went to Tesco's Superstore at Wolverton shortly after my wife passed, and queued up for a long time and when I talked to a sales person and cancelled her account. Also at the time I filled out a Government One form with a list of all her direct debits. The man said he would do everything needed and not to worry. The following day another Tesco man called Jim phoned me about the same thing. I explained what had been said the day before, he waited a while and said there was no record of this. Jim then said he would pass this on. Later a women phoned, I explained everything to her. She was not very helpful and very abrupt. She then asked me a list of questions about my wife's account. Now I have dementia and I could not answer one of her questions so she failed me on the security questions. She then said I have to go back to the store and start the process again. That would have cost me about 50 pounds in taxi fare so I was very unhappy. So after three years and five interviews I still have to pay for her phone. My daughter is going to contact my MP.

Absolute jobsworths, not the first time this has happened. Pulled up in my car, allowed the sale of fuel however refused to sell a red bull because I didn't have my ID?! common sense tells you that if I've driven a car, filled up my car and paid for it..... Chances are I'm over the age of 16. Which if you have to question it, you shouldn't have allowed the sale of fuel in the first place.

To be honest, this petrol station pump has problem! Today I only topped up £4.57 it's jumped up stop working. I went to the shop reports the issue, but the staff denied the pump has any problems. They said thousands and hundreds of people using it never had any problems. What attitude is it? Last two weeks ago I saw they digging the ground and did some
Repair, even today they still closed part do some tests. I was unhappy with the price in this petrol station, but now even more angry with the service!

As far as a petrol station goes there's not alot of expectations that you need to meet; can I get fuel here and maybe some munch or a drink for the drive.The answer to both of these questions is a more than often no, signposted around the entrance and the building itself 24HRS fuel, pay at pump but the site closes seemingly as and when they choose, 19:30 on a Thursday they where shut, no pay at pump, no window service, cones shutting the whole place off, not a rare occurrence either.I hope you don't want to pay with cash at this place either because I once forgot my card and needed to use the cashier, only a single pump in the station had the option to select, had to drive around the station and re-que for my chance to fill up.The shop inside is rarely properly stocked, not hard to keep 2 fridge units and some shelves full, especially with a superstore so close to it. Peak time to go to grab something would be when it opens but just as with the closing time this is a mystery, the staff tend to be rude, chatting away between themselves and finishing thier conversation before dealing with customers, not ideal after having to treat the pumps as a roundabout and a dinner going cold at home.Last but not least, supermarket fuel is usually discounted as they want to draw you into thier shop while you fuel up but this stations price is more like a shell or BP.

Went here today and paid at pump. I noticed after leaving that the machine had given me someone else's receipt. Went into store and asked. No apology, just rude and spoke over me and just handed me correct receipt without any acknowledgement of issue
