I can't understand why they charge £ 14.21 for 20 soverign when all other tesco outlets charge £13.80 . What a rip off shop .

Very BAD EXPERIENCE and STAFF.As a delivery rider (whoosh order). Very bad experience with this store, one of the staff Stephanie Eveeytime she doesn't know about order... long waiting time for order... this store is not good for us... I'll never accept order again...

The shelves was appalling , look like items was just thrown onto the shelves. worst I've seen in any Tesco ..
what also troubled me was the level of racial profiling, I heard the Asian lady say out loud where did that man go , then her and the security guard pretty much followed me around the store,
in the end I was so disgusted I put the few items I was going to buy back and left the store..
there is some serious need of customer care training too be done here.

Highly not satisfied for WHOOSH order...
Staff is not taking any responsibility about the order .
Every time they didn't know about order... wasting customer time....

This place doesn?t deserve a single star worked here as a security officer, couldn?t stay on for long unfortunately because of some of the staff members whose behaviour and attitude was not acceptable.Morgan, Michelle & Nirojan, Morgan was always speaking very rudely, always showing bad attitude for no reason and Nirojan was also impolite, a couple of occasions told me do things that was not part of my job i.e, doing robots.This is the worst Tesco store I?ve ever worked in & Iwouldn?t recommend anyone to work at this store.

Woman in here could do with going on a customer service course.. laughably I think she was the manager wearing all black .. the fact I had practically had to get out the isle so she could walk by rather than her not taking up the entire space while walking is a joke .. the fact that her majesty was in no rush to help serve the 20+ people in the queue was disgusting absolute lack of customer service and god knows how she got a job I'll be going else where in future

Place has the Indian lady who always gives a cheeky hello smile when you enter which is nice. Great produce of products shelves are always stocked.
