The staff in this Tesco are always so very lovely and friendly to me and offer very good service.
Everything you could need in an estate Tesco with decent parking and a Post Office aswell. A good community amenity.

Some staff are rude and just cannot issue me with the correct lottery tickets!!? There's no booth anymore so staff behind the check outs are told the numbers. I asked for Thunderball and receive Euromillions and Lotto, which are more expensive anyway. Today Aaron was so rude and humiliating and was left with no choice but to complain to the area manager. I've been shopping in this store for just a couple of items for nearly 15 years and have never been treated like that before. A colleague of theirs has previously told me that a camera has been set up to watch colleagues specifically!? I'm under the weather at the moment and would otherwise shop elsewhere.

This store is very unorganised. This is the second time and the costa machine has been in the process of cleaning with 20 mins left to wait at 9.30am. The costa machine should be cleaned before the store opens.

Friendly staff and security staff they always say hi ,or hello, am not in there long to complain about people I pretty much get my goods and then am out. And George in post office is really helpful and polite.

Terrible shop. Two older women in there who act like they own the shop, shouting every word across to each other instead of keeping their voices at a normal level. The self serve til is frequently out of order. I thought my luck was in recently only to find it flagged up a warning 'No receipts'. Paid with card, went to leave then one of the women screached that it hasn't gone through, oh what a surprise.....yet again faulty. Next thing she'd got the machine open , standing two inches from me shouting every word & referred to me as 'My lovely ' & wearing no mask. She even asked if I wanted a receipt...then found it was faulty after clunking about opening/closing the front. When she was told 'No receipts aswell?!....?', Her tone changed & as I left she bellowed I do apologise about that madam! I doubt she was apologetic, more that she didn't like my response.Certainly wear a mask if you go in there! Buy one item & use the self serve til in there & you'll likely be in for a circus act! Customers are people, not My Lovely! Too relaxed in there, staff shouting over to each other, screaming with laughter, cackling jokes with two-way meanings, like 'Carry On Tesco', while they walk past customers in the isles. Often empty shelves, overpriced items like coffee at £5 marked as half price, wow what a great deal...That's not a bargain, we're not fools, under £2 elsewhere.Staff rarely wore masks, a man on the til had his mask under his chin & stood in silence after running my items through the til. As another reviewer said, a possible covid hotspot. However, the older man on the post office counter is always professional.
