This year I have travelled throughout England, from North Yorkshire down, and visited a great number of Tesco stores in the process.Congratulations Tesco Extra, Watling Street, Bletchley! You win......The prize for ABSOLUTE WORST Tesco in the country! Here are just some of the highlights for how you qualify bottom of the pile.1. Really poor stock profile. Many important items hard to find...unless you like chocolate or crisps which seem to be everywhere. Also so poorly organised and laid out.2.Some of the rudest, sullen staff I have ever encountered in a shop anywhere! The default setting seems to be that the customer is, at best a bewildered idiot or, at worst, an actual massive inconvenience.3.Lazy staff. Most favour chatting to each other in the aisles and any request made of that usually met with an eye-roll or a huff.4. Actively aggressive managers. Don't dare raise a concern or complaint with them about any service matter. Managers will get confrontational, then aggressive and at that point you will probably banned from the store for 'being abusive'.Honestly Tesco, you have excelled in assembing the most incredibly rude and anti-social individuals since an Austrian painter decided to make the country next door 'great again'.It's worth saying that I have NEVER had an issue with any other Tesco store in the past so this wart on the backside of an otherwise brilliant chain must be an anomaly.Time for a massive shake up in Bletchley eh Tesco??

Have had a few unpleasant experiences in this tesco the past couple of weeks it's put me off shopping here. Used the self scanners paid for my shopping and my trolley locks at the exit and the alarm goes off after waiting for security or a member of staff to come over which wasn't straight away to show my receipt it made me feel like I'd stolen something. The second occasion I self scanned & understand that checks are done but unpacked my entire shopping. Not everyone is shoplifting & it is not nice being made to feel like a criminal.

I took an item of clothing back for refund but unfortunately my receipt was past the 30 days so was offered an exchange to the value of the item priced today, which wasn?t a lot but hey, ho. I bought another item and paid the difference. Although I think it?s fair enough that you offered me an exchange I feel the way I was treated by your ?Customer Service ?? assistant was a bit disrespectful. I found she made me feel I was asking for something that I wasn?t entitled to. She seemed reluctant to even offer me a receipt for the additional £10 I spent. I work in retail and have to say I wouldn?t treat any of our customers in the same way. What has happened to Customer Service these days?

So today, i popped into the tescos store. I cureently have a puppy who i am training as my emotional support dog. I mean, i had walked into the store, and nobody had said anything while i was holding the puppy in my armes. So anyway i was appched by a member of staff who i would love to thank masivly. For his understanding, at first, he told me i was not allowed dogs in the store. But after advising him of the dog being emotional support, he was very happy and very friendly and even said hello to my little friend. And when above and beyond even confined in my mental health. He then also made sure the higer up managers were aware .so that i did not get bothered through my visit. And even came and found me after he had sone this. So i would like to say a masive thank you to Nathan for making me feel so welcomed and cufitable through my visit. He also deserves a promotion because that was outstanding customer service. Now for the bad part of the visit. The security guard at the store was absolutely awful. Taking his job way too sirously. This was also not long after being apprched. The first time and being told it was ok to carry on. He stood at the end of the aile waving his finger at me while staring at me, making me feel really uncomfortable. Saying i was not allowed dogs in the store, i advised he was an emotional suppord dog. He then continued to argue with me telling me how im still not allowed to have dogs in the store so i kindly advised him it is against the law to qestions this and sould not be arguing with me. He was still very persistent of me not to bring the dog in and even telling me i have to leave him outside. Bearing in mind, i advised him i had also already spoken to a member of staff about it.
