Visited this morning during the ?quiet hour? most stressful shop I?ve ever done. Every aisle had at least 2 shelf stackers blocking the shelves with their trolleys, never seen so many staff in a Tesco, couldn?t get down any of the aisles comfortably, couldn?t get to the shelves. I get they have to be stacked but to have every aisle done at the same time is ridiculous!

This feels like a newly refurbished store with many of the chiller cabinets being the upright ones. A nice fresh store. A huge car park shared across all the stores on that retail park.

There's a fuel station available.
A cafe
Toilets.
An upstairs with clothes and homeware.
Plenty of parking outside.
Store a little bit dated, and breakfast was quite dry.
Still, its location is convenient in the middle of the main area, you cannot miss it.

Didn?t even want to give a star. Absolutely awful service. As soon as I walked in I went to pick an item off a shelf and was told by one of your staff member who does the shopping for the online orders to move, then proceeded to push my pram at the way, with my new born in it. And what got me was I was blocking the walk way other shopped could get through?
I then went down the bread aisle which I tried to turn around and my bag got caught on a bread trolley, I tried unhook my bag and a member of staff who was stocking the bread said are you going to stand there all day or you actually going to move out my way? I ended up leaving in tears from these experiences?. I think Tescos needs to retrain there staff on customer service and patience.

Staff here are fab - Danish was so helpful on my last visit! Really great. Very smiley and cheerful! Knew where everything was and helped me source things! Thank you so much Danish!

When ever I try to pick up my click and collect order they have 2 of the 3 bay full with their own vans which then leaves customers queuing to get the one remaining space. It took me 30 minutes to collect my order today 20 minutes to get into the bay and then, for reasons unknown, it took 10 minutes for them to bring my order out.

My husband went to Tesco to do a big shop this morning.He went to customer service who told him the tokens had all run out so couldn't do his shopping.Not impressed

As always lovely place to shop, and today the wife fell over outside on the public footpath and went into the toilet to clean herself up a Tesco worker saw her and then found a first aider to look at her and they were brilliant. Thank you so much all of you

One till open with a big que, so I asked if manager could open another and she looked very upset and proceeded as slow as possible, so the que had gone down by the time she opened the till. Very lazy display of customer service by a staff member called Michelle. Shame, the other staff were friendly.
