Can't answer the phone, when you arrive for your prescription that isn't ready ( because they haven't got it ready ) their response to not answering the phone is "we don't answer the phones when we're busy"
We have no option but to use a pharmacy, we are their customers. Yet we are treated like pests who cause an inconvenience to someone who is carrying out the tasks underlined within their contract when agreeing to work at a pharmacy.

Always polite and helpful, if they don't have what you need, they suggest alternatives which are available. Highly recommended.

Never had a problem with this pharmacy, always had the medication I needed.

Dont arrive before open time stated as they will refuse to even offer advice, only wanted to know if a medication was suitable for my baby simple yes or no but pharmacist could only shout from behind a shelf that they are not open till 9, I explained I just wanted a quick yes or no to which they repeated "we are not open till 9" this was at 8.54am
