Worst subway in Milton Keynes.. not following any subway standards. I bought a meatball sandwich meal deal and bread was stale , meatballs smells disgusting and crisps was out of date and fountain drink has no ice . And moreover staff said we are only allowed to put only one line of sauce .. which is ridiculous.
I recommend everyone who is reading this comment, don?t ever go to this subway.

Small place to sit in however enough to enjoy food . Delicious food as expected so not much to say.

First visit the sandwich was a complete mess and not even cut in half.
Second visit we waited for 5 mins for 3 members of staff to even great us. No one acknowledged us so we left.
Service is always so bad in this subway, go somewhere else if you can!

Myself and my family visited this establishment (big fans of Subway) on the 2/11/24 at around 17:00. The worker who served us was very rude and unwelcoming. The gentleman?s people skills left a lot to be desired. The way he made the subs, he definitely could do with some more training. I?ll never will return to this Subway, looking at the other reviews I?m not alone.

I am a regular customer at Subway, but I will never return to this store. The staff were so rude and unwelcoming. I genuinely thought it was an inside joke with how slow one person was when making my order. They were so slow, it was ridiculous. They caused an unavoidable queue behind me and we were all looking around like this cannot be for real. For the amount I pay to come in for a veggie salad, this is unacceptable customer service. I will also be coming in less now as you've removed your vegetarian meatballs and also your fake steak, leaving a squished patty as the only real option for veggies. The fake steak was one of the best I've had.
To give you a direct comparison, the Subway next to MK train station is on another level. Friendly staff and they put your food together in rapid time, really making a difference.

Today I ordered a tuna melt because I?d had one before recently at the subway at Mk hospital. I went to Stacey bushes to order another one as the first one was so good. It was truly professional at the hospital with think tuna and cheese and could not fault it. The one I bought today at Stacey bushes is the worst takeaway ever bought. It was sloppily thrown together. There was the tiniest amount of tuna in the middle and it was filled with a brown pickle that was all I could taste. A totally terrible weak flimsy sandwich of nothing. So disappointed and will not be using subway again.

Subways are usually great, and to be fair the food itself was great, however the awful service, seriously slow was ridiculous. It wasn't very busy ( almost 2pm) but the inability of the staff to actually complete orders, rather than other tasks when there's a queue, made for a bad experience. I'll try a different one next time.

My roll was hard and the amount they charge for xtra bacon is scandalous...not as good as when they first opened eveytime we go there we are the only customers in the shop

I will never buy subway , yesterday when I bought Sandwich with meatballs, that meat tasted like a mold , It tastes terrible, I felt like vomiting. I felt this aftertaste for half a day. When I arrived at the place to tell the seller about it, she told me that they made fresh meat there. I worked at Dominos in a cold store, and I know well that every chain store, such as McDonald's, Subway, KFC and Dominos, has its own products. and they don't convince customers that the meat is fresh and they make it on site. Next time, check the quality of the products yourself and then sell them to customers
