I asked for the special Mexicana Beef Crunch Footlong and ended up with hardly any of the ingredients to it when I unwrapped it. I spoke to about 4 members of staff along the queue who all kept passing my sub to the next person and have no idea why. Everyone seemed so unsure how to do what I wanted. Very disappointed and won?t bother going back because of all the other options.

Have been coming here for years l, I come usually once a week or so the staff are all super friendly and honestly have gone above and beyond for me always looking after me when I was pregnant etc and friendly chit chat ! Always good food and service ?

Ordered a veggie delight sub with DOUBLE CHEESE (paid extra) and received the driest sandwich I have ever laid eyes on with not even standard cheese. The mayo I asked for was also practically non existent. Every time I?ve ordered from here there has been a problem ?

I was here today to buy cookies as I always go there. Today, I wasn't served by the person that normally serves me. There was another lady who was extremely rude to me. I was very disappointed by the way she spoke to me. Thankfully, the lady that normally serves me came and gave me the cookies I needed.
They have lost a customer. I will not be going there again.

Most disgusting subway I?ve ever had. Ordered a salad bowl and was given 2 knives as they had no cutlery. So I ordered meatball sub it was cold, couldn?t eat it, you have to ask for more salad as if you ask for cucumber you?ll get 2 slices. More interested in getting you to pay so before you can ask for sauce it?s wrapped up. Service was awful. Really gives subway a bad name.

Twice I?ve used the App to order ahead. On both occasions they didn?t start making it until I arrived at the store despite being given a ?ready by? time on the App. Think I?ll try somewhere else for a while.

This Subway can be quite hit and miss I like the Sub Melts that they added to the menu earlier this year unfortunately at least 50% of the staff at the Shenley Church End shop either don't know how to make them or perhaps they can't be bothered to make them properly (a member of staff at the Bletchley shop recommended the Sub Melts to me especially the Bacon and Cheese and if made correctly it's lush)

Don't go to this Subway. Make a detour and go to the one up the road in Stacy Bushes.
If there are more than 2 or 3 people waiting to be served, turn around and walk out the door, unless you want to wast the next half hour waiting for some feckless cretin to work out how to use a till and put a bread roll in a bag. The staff turn-over seemingly month to month and have fewer braincells than the number of sandwiches on the menu. If you don't want cheese, you will have to explain that to them at least three times, and they'll look at you as if you've told them you don't want oxygen in it. Then you have to instruct them what salad options you'd like in it, which is more like trying to get a baby chimp to play Connect 4.
I was then asked if I wanted anything with the sandwich, so I asked for some double chocolate cookies. I was told they'd run out. I pointed to a tray of freshly-baked cookies behind the cashier, at which she guffawed and looked confused. Pic related.
Seriously, don't bother.

The staff are quite blunt, our subway sandwiches weren?t even properly toasted so dry and tasteless and my hashbrowns came raw, cold on the inside I had to return them. I think the staff could do with some refresher training as you shouldn?t really sell part warmed subs especially with meat in as that can make somebody seriously ill.To add to insult the latte we got was basically water. This subway is not as good as the Newport Pagnell one we normally go to. The atmosphere is so dull and the lights are basically all off it creates such a unpleasant space for anyone to sit in. What a waste of twenty five pounds
