One of the fastest and good service around CMK tran station . I was late for my train and had around five-six minutes. The staff was quick, specially the person name"Sagar." He was super quick and friendly. He was a star. Because of him I was able to catch my train. You guys need more employees like him.

I work next door at Starbucks , I ordered my food , went to subway and they refused to make my order because it wasn?t on there screens , so I showed them my order , there was a glitch and it said arrive by 10:30 when the time is 11:52 , so I said probably a glitch so I showed my bank that I?ve paid 5 times may I add and still did not believe I ordered , then showed the app with my order and number and still didn?t believe me , quite annoying my break is now fully over and I did not get to eat or have a break and now have -4.75 out my bank and did not give a refund

Not impressed knowing I was in a rush deliberately put my food a side whilst serving another and then telling me I can't sit in to eat at 7pm despite closing at 11pm.
The attitude was bad ? if I could give a proper rating it would be -5 star....absolutely shocking

Well? it get?s worse. We last visited this Subway a month or two ago and had a less than satisfactory time. Why didn?t we learn our lesson, who knows?
This time really took it to the next level - did the top half of my sub magically disappear? Did it slide off in the oven and is now being burnt to a crisp? Well, this time we won?t be coming back. Do better Subway MK.

Since the self service machines were installed (as the only way to order food) the service has become really slow and difficult.
The staff are very confussed and don't really know how to use the system.
They refuse to serve you at the till and tell you that you have to use the machines which are not user friendly.
It's such a shame they have adopted this system.

The shop has changed how food is ordered. Food has to be ordered using screen. the screens block the counter so one cannot see what salad is available.

Angry manager to begin with, who took your order. Then, they were very specific about which salad you were allowed first and second (as if it matters!) and then false advertising with the meal deal. Trying to charge us twice as much.
Bad customer service, can't understand the accent and not done properly. Any other subway I have been to has better service. Terrible

Went here after work to try their new footling menu, it wasn't particularly busy, but the servers seemed a bit disorganised. However they were friendly and apologetic, which was greatly appreciated. I had the triple cheese dipper which wasn't overly cheesy and I had it with the mango and habenero sauce. The churro was limp! Fortunately I had it at home and stuck it in the airfryer to crisp up and surprisingly the sugar & cinnamon coating didn't melt. Once crispy it was delish. The cookie was also really tasty with just the right amount of melty choc chips. Very pleasantly surprised at how good it all tasted!
Vegetarian options: They have a couple of veggie sandwiches which u can customise the veg and salad of u can forget all that and just have a sandwich with fillings of your choice
