Starbucks store located at Cineworld Milton Keynes on 18/05/2024Before my movie, I visited the Starbucks store to get a coffee. While I was at the coffee station mixing sugar, my 8-year-old son took a coffee stirrer. A staff member approached and, in a loud and aggressive manner, shouted at my son, calling him "DISGUSTING" in front of other customers. While I understand that my son should not have taken the stirrer, I believe the situation could have been handled with more courtesy and professionalism.Following this, I returned to the checkout to request a receipt and the name of the staff member involved. Instead of assisting me, she instructed the other cashiers not to serve me and refused to provide the receipt. Consequently, I had to call my husband, who was inside the cinema, for help. When he arrived, the manager, Jerome, sided with the staff member and also refused to provide her name. When I insisted, he became rude, dismissed my concerns, and threatened to call security to remove me from the shop.When security arrived, I explained the situation, and they understood my perspective. Despite being a local resident who frequently visits this cinema and regularly purchases coffee from Starbucks, I was treated in a manner that felt discriminatory and highly unprofessional. This incident was distressing and completely ruined our movie outing.I am aware of how such situations should be handled?calmly and respectfully, without shouting at customers.Despite paying for my coffee, I left it behind and missed part of my movie due to this incident.

Nah i dont want to fund a genocide, if you understand cash flow and financial transactions, you'll know where profits and investments from starbucks end up. For every cup of latte in starbucks that's one bullet for an innocent baby.

Really horrible customer service, particularly from the man who was in charge when we went, seemed really grumpy and unhappy about having to explain that they weren?t part of the franchise. Not quite sure why his frustration with that is being taken out on the customers- very weird, really unwelcoming and inhospitable.

Walked in. No queue. Ordered. Didn't pay because it was free. Got my drink. 10/10. The ice water was icey and watery. And the cups are very aesthetic. Would recommend :)

Loyalty card was not accepted charged me £5 for a coffee and they seems pretty obnoxious as I entered the store.. customer service was zero.. for that I avoid Starbucks for good!

Ordered 2 starbucks strawberry frappucino and received 2 cups with ice and cream . Had only ice taste . Disgusting and disappointing
