Horrible and rude staff, I visited this store and since Starbucks was giving NHS staffs free coffee on this day I decided to ask and he just walked off rudely with no eye contact left me on the counter whilst saying that?s finished.

One member of staff.. rude, me and a friend got dirty looks, the drink was shockingly horrible, I?m afraid to say. New location is nice. Staff member needs more training on customer service.

Ordered 2 coffees which were a bit too strong for us, the lovely barista Bisma replaced these free of charge with a sweeter drink that she thought we?d prefer. The drink was delightful! Thank you Bisma for your kindness ?

Service was great but barista gave my drink to another person in error because you aren?t using people?s names. Your staff need to call people by name and make sure the drink is theirs rather than saying ?Frappucino? (the drink name) as 5 people have ordered the same thing so doesn?t really help. Drink was well made though.
