Horrible and rude staff, I visited this store and since Starbucks was giving NHS staffs free coffee on this day I decided to ask and he just walked off rudely with no eye contact left me on the counter whilst saying that’s finished.

Not a pleasure, not polite or welcoming. Coffee was fine but won't be returning.

One member of staff.. rude, me and a friend got dirty looks, the drink was shockingly horrible, I’m afraid to say. New location is nice. Staff member needs more training on customer service.
