Fantastic service today whilst buying my daughter?s trainers for school. Regularly shop here and find the staff to be polite and efficient. We never come out empty handed! Thank you!

My partner bought me shoes as a surprise, but as they didn?t have my size (5.5) got the next size up (6). We try to return this, but we only given a store credit. We then use the store credit to buy the shoe online, as it?s not available in store. We need to pay another £5 for delivery even to their own store!?
Then they send me men?s size 5.5. I go to their shop and am told this needs to be dealt with online. I go on their website and after >20 minutes speaking bot I am put on hold by their customer service for another 15 minutes to be told I need to organise to send it back. The options of waiting says to send it back do not need me which one requires a label. I pick one and once I realise a label is required cannot go back to chose an alternative. I don?t have a working printer.
So now I have:
1. Shoes that don?t fit me
2. To find a printer before tomorrow?s collection of the shoes
3. Get a receipt from the courier to then get back on their slow customer service platform to hope that they will order the new one to be sent, as I?ve been told that?s the only way.
Ridiculously poor customer experience and this will certainly be the last time I shop with them.

Very Disappointed with Customer Service and Product Quality
I had a very negative experience with this store. The staff are incredibly rude and lack basic customer service skills. I purchased a pair of shoes that ended up causing significant damage to my foot, resulting in a bruise. When I raised the issue, the store refused to accept the shoes as faulty and wouldn?t process a return, despite the clear damage and the discomfort they caused.
I also reached out to their online customer service, but received only vague responses. They told me it wasn?t their problem because they only handle online issues, not product quality concerns. I felt completely ignored and disregarded.
I?m extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service, and I definitely do not recommend this store.

Really helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.

Unfortunately I found the staff rude and unhelpful. Different prices on the shelf and very high prices at the till a bit disappointing, Never go back there again

Found the staff rude and absolutely unhelpful. The place was pretty empty but the staff just couldn't be bothered with me and my daughter. I will never return and I guess they couldn't care less.

I have visited Sport Direct in Bletchley a few weeks ago. I had been in a hurry, and needed to find quickly mouth guard for our son. On the entrance I have spot a member of staff and asked him to point me in the right direction. He gave me clear and detailed instructions of where I can find what I was looking for. I have found the item super quick. The store was clean, well organised and well stocked. Upstairs there were staff to assist you if you neede help.
I would like to say THANK YOU to CURTIS ( member of staff , who I met by the door), you have a great knowledge and skills and you saved my day. You are kind and helpful.
Overall a great experience.
