Poor service as I was sold a frame for my new glasses which had been discontinued by the supplier, but I wasn?t informed until 9 days after ordering just as I was due to collect my non existent glasses.

I had to order replacement spectacles after my original pair were lost whilst we were on holiday. When I collected my glasses I had to stand in queue in the middle of the store until a seat was vacant. The store was very busy and it was not a pleasant experience, you need a larger store! The young lady who fitted my spectacles had difficulty in achieving a satisfactory fit due, she said, to the side bars being too short. I have persevered with them but they are now quite loose so I will be coming in see if anything can be done to improve the fit, perhaps new longer side bars can be fitted?

I had a very pleasant visit to the store after requiring a check up after 2 years. The customer service is excellent and the detail and information provided was second to none. All options were explained clearly, whether I wanted to have contact lenses or frames, but I was most impressed with the OCT scan offering which examines the eye and can show up early signs of diabetes, for £5 extra, this is a must!
The staff were excellent, especially the lovely optician who tested my eyes and went through all options clearly and very informatively, she was excellent. The frame choosing process was made easy with the well trained staff who advised on the shape and style that adorned my face well.
All in all an excellent experience and I would highly recommend the MK branch to my friends and associates.
