I am very pleased with the service I received from Arif yesterday (06/04/2025). As soon I walked into the store to pay for my fuel, Arif greeted me with a big smile on his face and was very welcoming and pleasant. He was very polite and friendly and helped assist me with my needs. The premises of the fuel station were very clean and well-maintained. Thank you to Arif for the great service, will be fueling up at the station more often

The guy I met in this shop was from Bangladesh, as far as I assumed was incredibly helpful, provided exceptional service treating me with kindness and answering all my questions. I have to say it's not often you meet someone with such a peaceful demeanour in everyday life. Thank you.

Always a great experience at Shell Milton Keynes South. I?m a regular here and only use Shell V-Power petrol?it gives noticeably better mileage and performance compared to regular fuel. The staff are friendly, the station is clean, and service is quick and reliable. I also love the meal deal options, which are great for a quick bite on the go. Easily one of the best fuel stops in the area. Highly recommended!

DO NOT TRUST: cashier on duty three nights ago claimed that the payment for fuel didn't go through. But it actually had, resulting in my card being charged the same amount *twice* for fuel. Nobody is answering the phone number to refund my money.

This petrol station is falsely accusing customers of unpaid fuel incidents. I went there one morning to buy something from their store, didn?t fill up any fuel, and then 2 weeks later I?m getting a letter accusing me of unpaid fuel (diesel) when my car is petrol and I didn?t even fill up that morning. Clearly someone from staff or management which didn?t even bother to check the cameras has falsely reported me. Called the store to ask them for proof as they didn?t have any, and to look into this because it is a false accusation which has caused me distress they said they?ll call me back, didn?t hear anything from them. Very poor customer service, and for everyone else please be careful with this petrol station

I just don?t get it, what?s the point of having toilets if we are not allowed to use them. You will gladly take our money after hours but won?t let us in to use your toilets. What a shame!
