We came into the Milton Keynes store to look at the sofa id seen before christmas and also on SCS website. We were greeted and dealt with a member of staff called JamieLee who was lovely and so so helpful. She made us feel at ease and gave us options with regards to the sofa I was interested in. We agreed on a price for what i wanted which was a 2 seater sofa and a standard chair but all to have manual recliners. She offered refreshments which was lovely.The overall experience from start to finish was great and i get my new sofa end March and so excited. I would like to thank JamieLee for all her help and also with an issue my parents sofa they purchased last year which she managed to sort that out too.Thanks again and cannot wait to receive my new sofa and chair.I would recommend Milton Keynes store.

We went to Milton Keynes last Sunday to look for new sofas, and felt ScS had the nicest range in the all the sofa shops. We had a brilliant service from Allie at ScS who was very patient with us, as we kept changing our minds. We eventually settled on a 2 and 3 seater within our budget, which the whole family were happy with. Would highly recommend a visit if you need a new sofa.

We originally were only looking around at browsing at the options that we have available to us as we wanted to upgrade our sofa. We popped into SCS at Milton Keynes and was politely greeted by Martin who offered his advice and expertise. Once we had looked around and found a sofa that we liked, Martin discussed the different types of materials and styles found within the variety of sofas that were available to us, and was more than happy to give us plenty of time and space to discuss our thoughts both with and without Martin. Once we had decided that we were certain with the sofa, Martin gave exceptional customer service with thoroughly explaining the process and finance options available to us whilst maintaining a polite and friendly manner throughout the process. Martin made the process extremely stress free and easy, and we managed to complete our purchase with ease. It would be an understatement to say that Martin is a staple to your company and gives a fresh and polite face to the stereotypical salesman you envisage!

My wife and I bought two sofas for our first home purchase. Martin was fantastic, great customer service, friendly and knowledgeable. He helped make sure we got what we wanted and to take into consideration things we hadn't thought of.

We chose to get carpet from Scs because of Wendy at the milton keynes store, she is a lovely lady and a credit to SCS. Wendy made us feel welcomed and really helped us choose the carpet for our home! We had never brought before and she made it hassle free! The carpet fitters were great really have done a lovely job fitting, we did have to have one of the carpets changed but this was only because the pile was shorter and Wendy sorted it out for us straight away!Would defiantly recomend you going to visit and thank you for arranging our carpet!!

Ordered carpet for the whole house as we recently moved, great staff who were patient and didn't rush us into making any bad decisions, not once did they try to upsell which was brilliant. Also ordered a new sofa on the same day which was delivered a couple of weeks after the carpet was fitted, delivery drivers were extremely polite and professional.

We have been in 3 times to look and chat about a sofa. We dealt with Jamie-Lee and she was amazing. Couldn?t have asked for her to do more for us, had all the knowledge and was very honest with us and eventually have bought through her so many thanks to her. Other than that the rest of the staff were very friendly too.

This stores staff are not very professional at allToday I went there with my 2 children to buy/order a sofa which I had seen at a different branch (Grayson 2 seater plus 3 seater)Apon walking in i saw a staff member standing on the left of the shop floor and she noticed us walking in and she decided to ignore us.I walked around the whole store including the top floor looking at different sofas thinking maybe I'll find a different sofa which I may like and not 1 member of staff approached me or acknowledged me not even a hello even tho some staff members where free and walking around they only opproached white customersI can only think because I am a asian male and was dressed in a tracksuit bottom and a t-shirtI felt so disappointed I was on my way out and saw Manjit (staff member) walking down the stairs close to the entrance door even he looked at me and went to walk off but I ended up saying hello mate and then I explained how I felt and he must inform the manager of this situation and in the back I could see his colleagues looking towards usDisgusting behaviour from all the staff members at this branch and I will definitely not be buying from SCS purely because of the staff membersIf your are looking to buy a sofa dont buy it from this SCS branch especially if your Asian Indian Pakistani
