I visited the Stacey bushes store after searching the online catalogue only to find or not find the part I wanted. Maybe the tablets in store have different search parameters. The online says you had the part, the inshore tablet says you don't.. As it is, I had to go next door to toolstation. You waste my time.
I'm not Impressed with the tablets, bring back the catalogues..

It's barely a week since I made a complaint about the staff at the Tongwell branch. Today I went to the Stacey Bushes site and wow, what a difference. Staff were really polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't get any names so can't be specific but it was an all female staff out front, you know who you are... thank you. The atmosphere was relaxed but efficient too.

Went into stacey bushes branch yesterday morning to be greeted by a young female worker by the name of Ellie she looked at me like I was pond life and then spoke to me like I was something her dog had left on the grass never ever have I felt so humiliated by a child this person should not be dealing with the public she has no people skills and was actually disgustingly rude I will never return to this branch again wich is really sad as my business is a few doors down I will now be opening an account with toolstation i am mortified with how I was treated as a paying customer

Always had everything I?ve needed in stock. Quick, easy to order, clean store. No quibble returns if anything?s ever wrong. Staff great, friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Hard to beat
