Bright and cheery displays, with a large and varied range of well cared for 2nd hand items, and assorted new goodies. Prices are reasonable too. Friendly, cheerful staff.

Verbally attacked for walking into the shop and not spotting the hand sanitiser which was hidden around the corner. Not sure if the officious woman who screamed that I was too close was a staff member or not. Either way this was unacceptable and rude as she was stood chatting by the till, very close to the person behind the desk, obviously really concerned about social distance ? The shop is the size of a postage stamp and no staff member made them self known to me which indicated she probably was an over top volunteer. Don?t bother trying to get in there. ?

A little bit on the claustrophobic side for me and not too great a selection, although I do appreciate they don?t put rails below the top ones as I hate bending my neck to look through them!

I found a dvd I hadn't seen for ages, a pearly ring and a rose-quartz bracelet for just 3 pounds and they support the welfare of animals. And so do I.

I'm probably giving away what I think of as one of my little secrets but this RSPCA shop is a source of some real gems. I spent a lot of time in here when I was pregnant and after, and probably bought up most of its stock of babysuits (well at 10p each who wouldn't?!). I don't get in there as much as I used to nowadays and sadly when I do there's not so much for my daughter now she's bigger but I've still managed to find some really good toys in there for her at under a couple of quid, often including batteries. Some of the staff know me by sight now and it's really nice to be able to chat when I go in. I managed to give a few things to them once although I'm not sure whether they would have made much from the books I gave them, they were a bit niche. This is my favourite of all the charity shops in Stony Stratford as it's like a jumble sale, which I love, being able to dig out a good bargain. The others aren't quite the same.

This shop is just off the main high street in stony stratford and I think because of this it sometimes gets a bit forgotten about. It's a tiny little shop - forget trying to get a wheelchair in there, you're hard put sometimes to walk round the place with a stick so you'd never get a chair in here. They do their best to keep it orderly, but with such a limited space this place does tend to get a bit well disorganised and messy. It's a good place to look though as there are often odd little things that you can find here.
