Utterly ridiculous. Every time I have been in there its at least a 45minuite wait. Dropped my Mums prescription off at 3 now at nearly 5:30 ive popped back and its still not ready. Will be signing all the family up to a prescription postal service.

Waited 45 minutes for a prescription that was already done just waiting to be checked. Previous time they couldn't find my pre- ordered prescription. Always a very long wait. The staff are however, friendly and helpful.

Great local pharmacy. Lots of ranges of products. I have had a few prescriptions sent to this pharmacy, and the staff seem friendly. Smallish parking area, and local Sainsburys, pub next door (while you wait)!

Just awful. Meds ordered in good time and never ready. Has gone massively downhill recently and is always a stressful experience. Changing my nominated pharmacy.

Appauling how they treat customers. There is a lady that works one day a week Saturdays. Extremely rude. They never have prescriptions ready even if received weeks before. They wait for you to come in then they order instead of ordering when they receive the prescriptions from the GP. Don't offer any helpful advice.

The opening times on Google aren?t reflective. It is closed 1pm - 2pm. Not sure why every pharmacy in this area is closed at these times. Can they not vary the lunch times. As maybe my lunch hour is set.

The pharmacy worked very hard just before Christmas to ensure all got their prescription before the holidays. I had run out of my medicines but the team supplied me with medicines in less than 24 hrs. Very grateful for your service.

I have used this chemist for quite a while now. Yes, you may have to wait a while but it is the same everywhere. I tend to go in and request my prescription then walk over to sainsbury's for a couple of things and my medication is usually ready when I get back. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. What I do find astonishing, is the way some people talk to them. Please remember, we are all human!

Insufficient staff to provide adequate service. The few staff are pleasant enough, if you can cope with up to 20minutes of queuing. Only to discover your prescription of 5 days ago still not prepared.

I haven't used this pharmacy previously, but seeing as it's the nearest one to me at present, I did read all of the reviews prior to my prescriptions being electronically sent across...
Admittedly, I wasn't hopeful of a great experience!!
I phoned them this morning, anticipating my call to go unanswered if some of the more negative reviews are anything to go by.
So, my experience thus far.....
My call was answered almost immediately, by a very polite & helpful lady, who when requested, looked to see if my prescriptions were ready to be collected (by this, I mean all bagged up & ready for me to walk in store, request & walk out with my meds).
Once again, defying some of the negative reviews, my meds were picked, checked & bagged & were awaiting my collection...
My conclusion at this point is very positive, so I'm obviously delighted so far, thank you Willen Pharmacy, it's all looking very positive at this point & I'll add to this review once I reach the end of the process...
I'm a firm believer in positive feedback if & when it's due & believe far too many people are very quick to complain about negative aspects of their experiences, rightly so if things are really bad, but, positive aspects should equally be put accross too!
As I've said, full marks so far, I'm fairly sure my collection will be done without incident after speaking to the delightful lady this morning.
Update:
After several months of using this pharmacy on a fairly regular basis, I'm pleased to further report that my experiences to collect my meds have all been very smooth & organised. Minimal waiting & very occasionally a few people waiting to be served prior to me upon arrival, but it would be unreasonable to expect every time I go in to be served immediately in a busy pharmacy.
Staff have always been polite & civil, so I'm more than happy ?.
