I took my mum?s leftover meds in for disposal because she had died a few days earlier. However they refused to take them due to ? lack of space?. It wasn?t a huge amount. It was very, very upsetting at a difficult time. Burst into tears when I put them back in my car.

I am in a shock how this pharmacy has changed recently. My prescriptions were sent there yesterday. I wanted to pick them up today but I couldn?t because ?pharmacist is on lunch now?. They were ready but I still couldn?t pick them up. I was told to come back at the afternoon but I am very ill and leaving my house once a day is already a challenge for me. Additionally, lady who works there were unhelpful. I have a pneumonia and I am really struggling to talk. This lady, instead of coming to the counter and talking with me there, were shouting to me from the far end and expected me to shout back. I tried but I almost lost my voice. She was very unhappy that she couldn?t hear me and she even shook her head with disapproval. This is not how you treat patients and customers.

Never experienced this at our local pharmacy before - been our go to one for the past 10 years but today they were so rude and unhelpful.Time to for a change it would seem. Such a shame as it?s best to support local.

They don't have stock. Every time we have to go after few days cause lack of stock. Poor customer care &While customer is waiting for prescription staff was bussy filling the selves?.it's not one off three times by now..

This is by far one of the best pharmacies in Milton Keynes. They truly care. Prescriptions are fast and on the rare occasions they didn?t have stock they support you finding an alternative. The staff here really care about you

Items not ready as is often the case. My wife went to collect here medication, although not in stock was apparently in the delivered box, told to return as they were to lazy to open the box. This Pharmacy is always behind with making up the medication orders.

A real disappointment. Lovely people. However, filled a prescription with the brand I cannot use (notes on my file and prescription paper). Then unable to get different brand. I had to go without meds as it would take 3 days for a new prescription at the GP. They sadly have different brands each time if you need a regular prescription. Decided to go back to Boots the Chemists - a further drive but always read notes and listen.

Lovely ladies and go the extra mile to help and assist. I moved my prescription collection from Lloyds Green Park who were to say the least, dire! What a difference, now total efficiency a real breath of fresh air. Just need to remember with prescriptions its not always the pharmacists fault if not ready, doctors sometimes give unrealistic timescales if urgent without knowing how busy a chemist really is! Well done ladies and thank you!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I use it a lot (unfortunately ?) and never had any issue.Ladies are also happy to help with your unused and expired medicine.Sometimes there is a queue, but that's absolutely normal - no reason to complain.

All the staff here are efficient, friendly and kind, they make me feel like an important person not just a number. There is sometimes a queue but you don't wait long.
