Quite sad and disappointed, usually go here, but wont be anymore, maybe the salon is better for colouring? Fringe is uneven and is very noticeable, asked for few changes at the end and they seem to be rushed and no time or care is taken to look at the hair and cut away evenly with care and precision to make sure both sides match ESPECIALLY around the front of the face where it is so noticeable haircut is and feels very rushed (we pay ALOT of money and it seems like a quick hack and you?re done). Where have all the great hairdressers gone?!?!?!?!!!!!??????! ? seems they are very hard to come by nowadays.

I booked for my daughter's Prom. We went to the salon to book the appointment so they could clearly see her hair length, condition, etc. We were not offered a consultation with the stylist, but given a quote that I felt was reasonable for what my daughter required. On the day, unfortunately, the stylist was not finished with the previous client and was over 40 minutes late starting. This made us late for her make-up appointment and, in turn, meant we had to rush getting her dressed and having pictures taken! Overall, the styling was OK, but her hair felt like cardboard with the amount of hairspray used. To make things worse, a further £15 was added to the quote, based on the length of her hair! When I returned the hairpins, the day after I brought up my concerns but I felt they weren't listened to at all and so walked away again disappointed. Looking through other reviews, it seems that not sticking to appointment times and last-minute changes to the price are standard practise for Regis. I will never use this salon again for any reason, ever!

This is very expensive for the service you receive. I have shoulder length hair and wash, cut and finish costed me 52£. My hair was feeling dry so decided to get the olaplex treatment which costed 30£ extra. I don't see any difference after this treatment. The cut was simple straight with a fringe. The finish didn't even last for an hour. The salon wasn't clean...hair lying everywhere...no place to even keep my bag. The price I paid for this service was ridiculous. 2 stars just because the stylist was friendly.

Stefania was great from start to finish, I just wanted a wash, cut and finish but I enjoyed the experience. I came in with my nurse as I?m currently an inpatient in a mental health hospital and she said we could sit together, this put me at ease from the very beginning and the rest swam by. I had a lovely lady called Molly do my hair today. I am in love with my new hair. I have mega anxiety going to the hairdressers but she put me at ease, was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. 100% would book her again. I visited Regis without knowing the exact style I wanted, I just knew my current one wasn't quite right for me. Chloe took the time to listen to my thoughts and came up with a brilliant plan of what we could try. Most importantly, she incorporated what would suit me and my lifestyle. She kept me informed of what she was doing at each step and made sure I was comfortable with everything (water temperature, hair dryer temperature, length of cut, pressure of brushing etc). An excellent service and I would thoroughly recommend!

First time at this salon and I think I?ll start using them going forward. Really polite people and Chloe told me what she was doing and the reason for it while doing my hair so I got a lot of tips. She took her time and didn?t rush anything. She was very polite. It?s away from the main busy part of the City Centre so that?s good as well. I have no complaints.Services: Blowouts

This is honestly the worst hair salon I have experienced in 15 years of regular hair care. They are disorganised, unprofessional and incompetent. I was given the wrong service and then the manager presumed it was my error or that of a junior member of staff; they also refused to give me a refund for not only being charged incorrectly but for being charged twice. I had to leave the salon with dripping wet hair and ask another nearby salon to help me out, as I was celebrating my new job with friends that evening. If you enjoy your salon time after a busy week or love a nice Blowdry before a night out, this is not a good option. I understand mistakes happen but there was no accountability or resolve when a mistake did happen. If you love and care for your hair there are lots of other salons and stylists who do care about the services they provide and go above end beyond to proved good customer service.
