Late shopping on a Sunday afternoon. Left my payment card in my car. Just mentioned to the staff I would run and get it to pay. Also let the security guard know I was going as the store was closing. Didn't speak any English. Just points to his watch. I tried to explain i had just spoke to the till staff and there was a long cue. No idea how to communicate. Just said okay and had to leave all my stuff i wanted to pay for, just left at the till.
What's the point in staff who are not English nor know how to speak it. Ridiculous, useless man.

I have just visited the Primark in Bletchley to return some items (well within their 28 day return policy?), first of all I?m met with a young woman who was straight off the bag extremely rude and unhelpful and of course informed me wrong to begin with. Then there were issues with me wanting a refund and their policies have all of a sudden changed. I had proof of my bank, ID and receipt & everything and still refused me for what seems to be no reason. It then ended up with around 4 staff members around me talking to me including a manger and another member of staff who said ?I?ll bring the manager so you can understand?. We never have problems with primarks but would strongly suggest everyone to visit the other stores to prevent such poor intimidating behaviour. Will be making a formal complaint!!

Poor customer service,I was worry that cashier young man will past out ,I was ready to check his blood pressure,no any sign of life ,no hello ,no thank you ,no bye ,no have a nice day .Primark give better training to your employees.

I'm a regular primark customer and have spent alot of money in your store over the last few years however I was spoken to very rudely and all I wanted to do was change a tshirt as I noticed after I purchased it the colour didn't look right so all I needed to do was swop for the same item. The staff member said ill have to que up again in order to replace. Bare in mind I had literally bought it and noticed the issue whilst the staff was bagging up my item's.
For the record I spent over £40 on this occasion.
Luckily I found a staff member who couldn't believe that her colleagues didnt swap it for me and took my item and helped me choose another tshirt same item price etc..
I definitely will not go back to bletchley primark .

The worst experience of my life was at this store. The staff are unprepared and uninterested in finding the product. I used the click and collect service?worst decision I?ve ever made, what a nightmare of a store. Even worse, I had to go to the store in person three times, and they will only refund my money in 10 days. If you want to have a terrible experience, use this store?s click and collect service.

The store offers a large variety of clothes and home accesories. The store is spacious, clean and tidy. It spreads on two levels. In the weekends it can crowded and might take some time to pay for your items. The staff are helpfull, paying goes quick. Big car park. Around the store you cand find clothing shops, coffee places and restaurants. Bletchley centre is 10-15 minutes drive.
