Very big, very busy, with prices hike still managed to shop well to buy essentials, Payment sperate for cash and card, has 2 floors boy section very small compared to girls I think that's like anywhere you go.

Transaction happened >5 mins ago. Your cashier is an idiot - got an exchange but I was still owed £1. I wanted change but not a full £1 of change so I gave 5p and ask the cashier to give it back in change. Cashier being awkward and said they don?t carry brown change ! ARE YOU KIDDING ME - all tills have full stock of change including the coppers. Then you ain?t accepting to recycle the bag on my behalf - you take paper and cardboard from a suitcase to recycle why not your own paper bag.

Bit bland compared to other primark stores but uniquely has self service

I'm not a fan of the self serve I'm unsure why primark thought this us either wanted or needed. We lost the customer service a while ago and now most of the staff it seems. One primark worker was waking around blowing bubbles with her chewing gum while the cashier had about 50 items to scan for a customer. No other cashiers where called. I had some items to exchange which I was made to feel guilty about as I'd no reciept apart from a bank statement. Customer service needs to be improved from managers.

Clean and tidy store, it seems a thursday at around midday is a nice time to go as it's not too busy, su day morning at opening time time is good too. They also have self service check outs which made getting out quicker.

The store was lovely and tidy when I visited it was easy to shop around the different sections. The que at the till was long as usual, but got served after 10 minutes.
