Service was good, I liked the friendly staff.
Food truly sucked.
Pizza didn't taste of much, they managed to make a tiramisu chewy and the nice blood orange lemonade was just lemonade with syrup that tasted like sherbet.
I think this place is worth a miss for food in my personal opinion.

Delicious Italian food. Staff is friendly but can sense that there is a shortage of staff. Need to wait a bit for the food

Had a group meal for 16 people at Prezzos MK1 - all the staff were super helpful and friendly. Food was great, served up good and hot and with great efficiency. Big shout out to Penelope who organised eveything really well - not easy with that many people - especially considered they added another 4 people at short notice (as a separate table/ order). 5 stars all round!

It's okay the mains were nothing special and the dessert was awful. If you want somewhere to eat that's affordable and you need to pick a place for convenience purposes then eat here. The service was ok but at times I had to try to grab the attention of a waiter having waited longer than I'd expect to. I'm sorry but I'll pick somewhere else. Possibly a other location of this chain could better.

The pizza at Prezzo Restaurant is fantastic. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the toppings are fresh and flavorful. Whether you go for a classic Margherita or a more adventurous option, each pizza is well-made with a great balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. It's a satisfying and tasty choice for pizza lovers.

Great service. Yes, the service is a little thin on the floor, but the lady who serve our table was great.
Food was good, expensive for what it is without one of their discount vouchers.

We went for an early dinner around 4:30 yesterday. Order was taken quite quickly but unfortunately the food was ready but lying to be picked up so by the time we got it it was not hot anymore. My pepperoni pizza tasted good despite not being hot but my wife's Chicken Alfredo Rigatoni also being just warm only had 4 pieces of boiled chicken and 2 pieces of sun dried tomato's. Need some work on the quality of food and service.

Waitress was really lovely. We hadn't booked but as we were eating early she sorted a table that had a later booking. We knew we had a limited time so she sorted our food promptly but never made us feel rushed. A lovely lovely friendly lady.
