Conveniently for them. They never seem to have the cheaper 10p carrier bags and don't hesitate to point out that they have the £1 bags hanging up all over the place. Strange how they have endless supplies of £1 bags . Clever little ploy.

Absolutely untrustworthy staff... i had my phone stolen from the staff not even a customer a staff member. They admitted to having my phone after a customer handed it in. Then they couldn't find the phone after the worker already said they had the phone then the manger basically made out as if he was the only one who seen the phone. As if he had taken it. Head office are terrible they took no responsibility. Im so disappointed they wouldn't let me view the cameras and the boy demonstrated where he left the phone this store is terrible the phone lines don't work it's badly managed and they are theifs. I'm a regular shopper just to have my phone handed in by a customer but stolen by a worker. Absolutely disgusting. And still waiting for a reply of Head office after they shut me down the first time. I will take this further as it's disgusting you get people arrested for stealing yet pound land staff theif from the customers absolute disgrace and disgusting management from the floor to head office may have to getthe police involved in this one .
