Absolutely terrible customer service I called up to find out where my package Is as my tracking shows it?s been at his store the last four days, the gentleman on the phone told me he don?t have it and eventually that he?s with a customer he can?t help me any further and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. currently still don?t know what?s going on with my package.

Do not cash deposit in this post office. I went to deposit. The cashier ?s man put my cash in the counting machine to count the notes. The machine was tall and facing the man . I can only see the side of the machine. I couldn?t see my cash notes and couldn't see the number counted in the machine. The man then took the notes out of the machine and counted them by hand, and then said that the amount I told him was different. He counted £10 less. I often go to other post offices to deposit money and have never made any problems . Customers in this post office are completely unable to look the money notes put on the machine counting and how the machine counts. It is very opaque. Be careful of scam !!!

Very rude young lady who has a bad attitude and poor customer service. Its like she does not want to be of service to people. She does not even greet, let alone acknowledge customers when they greet her. Her responses when asked a simple question about items for sale is abrupt and curt. Sadly this is the only Post office in the area around Milton Keynes hospital and the locality.

THIS IS A MASSIVE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS POST OFFICE. I'VE NEVER EVER SEEN PEOPLE SO RUDE UNPOLITE AND USELESS....DEFINITELY THE WORST POST OFFICE I'VE EVER BEEN...why they are so lazy??? change job if you don't like it?!

Decent post office. Very handy for small things (paying bills). Staff are all great, not had a negative experience since moving to the area in 2014. It's recommended!

Lady at the post office was extremely helpful today. I've become so accustomed to poor customer service that when the system wouldn't perform the function I was looking for I'd already mentally given up and was thinking of other options. The lady behind the counter persisted and solved my problem. Thank you v.much.

Amazing service! Went in for an International Driving Permit and despite a longish queue, it moved fairly quickly. The lady who served me was friendly and very helpful...I was in and out within 10 minutes and was 100% satisfied.

Upon requiring two International Driving Permits I visited Netherfield Post Office. A nice older (of the two behind the screen) lady started to fill in the IDP. She filled it in incorrectly (wrong end date), and as this being an official document I asked if another could be issued. Halfway through completing the second IDP she made another mistake (misspelt United Kingdom) then tried to correct it by writing over the top of the mistake. I again asked if another could be reissued as this was an official document and I don't want to be challenged by foreign police when they examined it in Morocco. The second (younger) of the two ladies behind the screen then told me I would have to go elsewhere to get my permits as she wasn't prepared to waste more!! I challenged this as it is the Post Office staff's duty to complete paying customers requests. She went on to say that while the Post Office had been under her (The Post Mistress (Nan was her name)) control for 4 years, the IDP were only introduced there two weeks ago and she didn't have training to complete them, but the older lady did. I told her she was being unreasonable and could they just complete the forms properly. She refused. She also said they had to pay for them and every one which was wasted they would have to pay for out of there own pocket (so learn how to complete them properly????) Anyway I walked out after showing my disgust and went to Bletchley Post Office who were very good and the Post Master advised me Nan (the Post Mistress) had lied to me on two of the above points.. I would avoid this Post Office if I were you. Bad customer service deserves bad reviews!!
