I love it.The post office has a drop-off for DPD service.When you enter, It is is located on the left straightaway,which is very convenient.The managers are always very useful and polite.?P.S. they also have a drop off for return Amazon parcels *(when you enter,it is on the right). 5? from me and highly recommended!

Shahina who served us at the trzz as bel desk was very helpful both when we bought our travel money and cards but also on cashing in our money on return. She was very helpful and patient when we have trouble with our bank. Because of the service we received I would definitely use you again and recommend your services to others when travelling

It was really busy in the post office and I needed to post two parcels to the same address, tried to do it from the self service. Tim was coordinating and was really busy helping everyone, when he saw me doing the parcel one piece at a time, he quickly came over and offered to help. He did the two parcels together and I ended paying £18.95 instead of £32. Really appreciate his help.

We had to attend the Post Office today to renew our Passports our first time in 10 years at CMK office. On entering we were greeted by a very pleasant lady who issued us a waiting ticket, on waiting our turn we attended the counter at the correct window where we were greeted by an assistant called Trish, from that moment on our time spent there was relaxed with a very friendly, professional, respectful and efficient service, so well done Trish you are a credit to the Post Office .

I appreciated how polite the staff were. There was a short wait to see someone at the counter, but it wasn't too long, and it was good there were chairs to sit on while you wait. Payal who served me at the counter was very friendly. I can't 100% remember the name of the person who assisted me at the front area of the post office, but he was good too - Hubert I think? I could see that the staff were working hard to help everyone.

Just not worth it anymore. They openly said that purchaing the postage label at home is cheaper, but you'd still have to drop the package off at the post office anyway. Yet doing it all at the post office is far too expensive. Service overall makes no sense, better to find another courier.

Poorly managed post office. Paid for small letter. Apparently it was a large, even though small post card size. Self service staff totally useless. Had to queue at counter one staff member in the counter. Either get more staff that are prepared to work or get new management in. Furthermore blonde lady on front abrupt and rude. Get your staff trained

Needed to send a parcel internationally the signs aren't clear it looks as though it can be done at self service. It accepted my parcel and asked which country, I typed the full address and it was accepted then a member of staff came over to say it can't be done at self service so had to wait ages for the till. She was a little rude and sarcastically told me to read the small print on the sign. They could do with more staff on the tills it's always so busy.

Perfect to get the work done. There can be a small wait some times, but is definitely reasonable.
