Went pop world last night with friends from work and when we went outside one of the bouncers wouldn't let me back in he said I was sick which he saw on cctv which I wasn't sick at all he wouldn't even tell me where I was sick so I had to leave which ruined my night

We booked a cocktail masterclass in the 21h45 slot. Hubby and I arrived to meet Lewis and as there were no other groups booked at the same time, we had a 121 class with him which was fab! Made around 6 cocktails which we could drink. We were also given a yummy pizza, vip seating and a bottle of prosecco. Lewis was knowledgable, proffessional and friendly. We also met Ellie on the night who was great and made sure she checked in on us during the evening. Overall a very positive experience!

Had a great night a Bottomless Brunch for friend's birthday! Booked directly with Emma as organising a group and nothing was a problem, prompt responses and so friendly! We had so much fun! Food and drinks were great and coming quickly...even a last minute additional request for extra Gluten Free! All the team there were friendly and relaxed! Great atmosphere! Drinks were served by Lew Lew who I caught smiling, genuinely, multiple times even when not interacting with anyone in the group! He just oozed happiness which was infectious....even wanted to say it to him but felt silly ??
