Came for a meal for my son's birthday. Our waitress (Anna) could not have been more helpful, firstly with balloons and cake, but also with timings and making everything special for my son and his friends.
Pizzas were great - appreciated the decent amount of spice on the 'nduja calzone.
Dietary restrictions: Good vegan options across the menu
Kid-friendliness: Very welcoming to children, excellent children's menu and activities, and staff very friendly towards them.
Wheelchair accessibility: Restaurant is entirely level

Ann our server was very welcoming and helpful. She guided us through the Pizza Express app and enabled us to use the offers at our visit. She made is feel relaxed and we enjoyed our pizza and dessert all the more for it.

Excellent service and food. Shop manager, Simone is extremely helpful and friendly. We had some problem during the checkout but got it solved asap with help from the staff. Foods are excellent too.
